Skiing trip with small children, great location 5 mins from lift, very clean rooms and ours had a balcony, the staff were very attentive and made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Our children had their dinner earlier than us which was never a problem and always had perfectly cooked delicious pasta etc.. The food throughout the stay was delicious and hearty....

stayed here in January, very good location for the centre and the lifts. Food was ok, had a little bar and a seating area with a cosy fire, but the main attraction for this hotel is the owner and his staff, every single one of them went beyond the call of duty, even getting up on the day of departure...

We are just finishing our skiing week and we are very happy for the hotel. We set our expectations to 3 stars and in many areas that was correct, but for us the total experience was more. The room was comfortable and clean with an outstanding view to the top lift station (4th floor). The walk to the nearest lift...

Stayed with Crystal Holidays skiing for a week as a family of 5. Staff were very friendly and made a real effort to get to know you. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent though the menu limited and your dinner choice had to be made the night before. Drinks were very reasonably priced and a lot cheaper than...

We stayed here for two nights in September. The people at the front desk were exceptionally friendly. Our hotel room was kind of old looking, and our room was right by the highway, so it was pretty noisy when the window was open. It was quiet though when we closed the window. The beds were hard, but ended up being...

The hotel Walser is situated in an old building, just above the highway... The noise level is high and the only way to lower it, is to close all windows. The bathroom seems to be renovated, double bed with good mattress. Breakfast, which is included, is elementary. Staff is OK.

We stayed here one night at the start of our TMB. The hotel is easy to find for 1st time visitor to Courmayeur. Close to the Tourist information office and bus stop to/from Chamonix and etc. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was a big spread of delicious options but with extra fee. We left a small bag of stuff we...

We were on a road trip and Courmayer was the perfect location for us to stop so we booked this hotel. We were not disappointed - on arrival we were made very welcome and the owner spoke excellent English. Our room was spotlessly clean, good bathroom and bed very comfortable. I was exhausted when we arrived and the owner made...

Good location and owners/receptionists very kind. We arrived during the night and they advised an restaurant in the city centre that we ended up going every night during our stay. Hotel is clean, well located - you can see the alps from bed, there is an internal parking but restaurant was not open as it was written in the website.
