Great little b&b in Venice - lovely room in excellent location only a short stroll from San Marco. Service was excellent and informal breakfast arrangements made for a relaxing feel. Highly recommended.
We stayed in the junior suite which was spacious and gorgeous and well worth the extra money. Johnny met us at the vaporetto stop and made us feel very welcome. The only downside was the breakfast which was pre wrapped pastries and such. The coffee...More
I love the beautiful rooms and well decorated common areas. The breakfast provided is excellent. Bathrooms are equipped with best amenities. Just like a boutique 5 star hotel. I will recommend it to couples definitely. Venice isn't a place to bring young children as a...More
After having visited Venice several times, we came across this charming b&b right in the city centre more or less by accident. We did not regret our booking for a single second. It turned out to be a perfect location with wonderful hosts. We truly...More

The most famous sestiere (district) in Venice has one of the world's most famous squares, St. Mark's (Piazza San Marco). Anchored on one end by the basilica, clustered around it are restaurants, museums, shops, orchestras playing in the square, pigeons, the grand pink Doge’s Palace (Palazzo Ducale), the soaring campanile bell tower, an astrological clock tower, plus gorgeous cafes and restaurants like Florian and
Quadri. Piazza San Marco is beloved by Venetians themselves. They book a table anytime, which offers a buffer from the fray. This grand outdoor drawing room attracts Venetians for a stroll too, especially late in the afternoon when the hoards of daytrippers thin out. It's simply a grand place to meet.
