    Key location, close to Venezia santa lucia station and opposite to water bus station. Nice, cost effective hotel and staff very helpful. Breakfast satisfactorily served. Rates can be discounted if booking done directly to hotel website.

    all the rooms has private ensuite bathroom except one, but you simply have to indicate you do not want ( or want because it's cheaper ) the external bathroom room. In any case it's not to be shared but exclusive use only.

    Hi there Yes , it's open 24h and check in time is 2PM, you can go anytime. However It would be better to inform the hotel your arriving time.
