The breakfast is very good.
The parking lot is closed and safe.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
The public transportation to Venice Island is very close (3 blocks walking).
There are supermarkets, restaurants and stores near to the hotel.
I don't believe this should be rated as a 4 star hotel. The room and bathroom are must have been in 1980. Poorly voice isolated wall. Rooms are very small, a bit dirty. Very limited breakfast. Wifi was not good.

Rooms are basic but ideally situated for a visit into venice with easy access by tram, the staff are very helpful and the breakfast is excellent.

I took the airport bus that stops less than a block away from the hotel on the main street. If i remember correctly, I think it cost 6.50 euros pp one way and is a good option. Venice Marco polo airport is not very far and the hotel can provide you the time table and tickets for the ride. This would be a better option if it's one or two people but if you are a family of more than 3 people then i think taking a taxi makes more sense. I don't think the hotel provides any kind of shuttle service.
