Very tiny room and the chair is not something you dare to sit on. Not advisable for someone with luggage any larger than a backpack. To get a key required some unusual coordination. This is close to the main square.

Clean room and bath within steps of San Marco. Private and safe housing at an affordable price. Everything is within walking distance. There is no public areas, but with Venice streets to explore....who has time to sit around?

Yes you can. We arrived at 10 am before check-in time, and the manager was very welcoming and let us leave our bags in the office until our room was ready that afternoon. We were able to tour St. Mark's (less than a block... More

I agree with Ryno, it's better to ask them, but I guess that is totally possible, maybe if contact early you can do your check-in.
