Beautiful place, easy to move in Venezia. Near from La Fenice. After few days, you can feel yourself as you feel at home; thanks of the attention offered by the host ! Completely friendly, and a great place fore artist !

The location is excellent, looking onto Campo S.Stefano, it very close to Accademia, the Rialto and St Marco ( within less than 10 min walk).
The rooms are spotless, very quiet and the bed so comfortable, I slept like a baby.
