yes it is possible to walk to the station from that hotel but you need to give yourself time and be reasonably fit. we did it.

Its easy, you take the vaporetto to the Fondamente Nove stop and its a 10 min walk from there. Make sure you have a good map, the streets are very narrow and all look the same. The Apostoli Palace is very close to a green... More

I'm not sure about parking, the streets were tiny & it seemed like only boats have access.
