We picked Al Teatro because of its closeness to San Marco Square, water busses and bridges. We didn't expect it to be in the heart of Venice. It's located right near two absolutely charming bridges which, unlike other bridges in Venice, most tourists haven't found...More
Our room was large, airy and very clean. It was a corner room looking down at an intersection of canals, and we were seranaded by gondolas every evening. The dining room was adorned with 15th and 16th century frescoes! But the best part of the...More
We booked the king-size bedroom with the balcony, and beautiful new bathroom--with tub, which combines the antiquity of Venice with modern conveniences. The B&B was easy to locate, near a vaporetto stop. We drank our wine on the balcony as we enjoyed the musicians and...More
Spent 2 nights here and couldn't have asked for more. Location is very close to St Marks Square and also the Giglio water boat stop. We had the Amber Room which was set up as a triple and we had plenty of room. This room...More

Quadri. Piazza San Marco is beloved by Venetians themselves. They book a table anytime, which offers a buffer from the fray. This grand outdoor drawing room attracts Venetians for a stroll too, especially late in the afternoon when the hoards of daytrippers thin out. It's simply a grand place to meet.

Hello,
I'm sorry but the checkin is possible until 08:30pm.
Anyway I will suggest you to spend the first night in a hotel near the Marco Polo airport because the city is far from the airport and if your flight will be on time, you will be reaching the city and the hotel or B&B not before 3am.
Best regards
Eleonora
