    Stayed for 2 nights from 11th July. Great hotel in an even better location. Away from the madness and tourists but close enough to get to anywhere in 5 minutes. Kids loved the balcony on 1st floor looking out over the square. Would return.

    We took a water taxi from the train station because we didn't want the hassle of taking our luggage. it was very convenient and we were in this beautiful wooden boat. They charged us 60.

    You will definitely want to take a water taxi. Walking would be unthinkable with luggage. We stayed at the hotel after a cruise as well. It should be about 70-90 Euros, but well worth it as the drop off will be right next to... More

    Vaporetto to Rialto then walk to the hotel. Quite a lot of steps over bridges with luggage so make sure you just take your time. Some people will try to carry your bag but they will charge you they are not just trying to be... More
