Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, nice continental breakfast, great location, good sized rooms.
The pictures on the website do not reflect true beauty of the decor of this great little B&B. The minute I entered the building it was jaw dropping experience. Very tasteful decor, with Murano glass chandeliers and...

We stayed at the Locanda Fiorita in late September 2020 and were very happy with our stay. The staff were extremely helpful, even calling us ahead of time to make sure we were able to find parking. The prosecco...
The room, one flight of stairs up, was large, had adequate free WiFi, and there was a separate seating area which included a couch, a small round table which unfortunately wobbled on its central pillar and an air-...
We spent 3 nights at Charming House and it was a lovely experience, very friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful room. We found that it was the perfect location from everything and would definitely stay again.
We pent two delightful nights at Casa Petit in late August. It is a great location, near the Academia Bridge and within easy walking distance of Plaza San Marco. Our host Daniele was very accomodating without being intrusive. He and his friendly dog Gaspare made us feel welcome and at home, but left us to ourselves when we wanted. He made us two gormet breakfasts and provided great company while we ate. He personally guided us to the closest vaporetto stop (which we never would have found without him) and provided us with other tips about getting around Venice. The B & B is classic Venice down a five foot wide "street" and with a garden backing onto a canal. The only "negative" about our stay was the unseasonable heat while we were there (which of course was not Daniele's fault). Like much of Venice, there is no air conditioning, but Daniele provided us with a very effective fan which helped a great deal.…
I thought Casa Petit was closed due to the demise of its website, but once I saw this recent post I thought I'd add how wonderful our experience was there last year. Raphael and his wife were great! We loved our room in this B&B and felt like we were truly staying in a Venetian home. Very intimate and the location was awesome, steps away from the Accademia Bridge. The price was right, too. The breakfast was healthy and delicious, fresh fruit, juices, pastries, cereal. Would definitely stay here again.
A charming charming bed and breakfast , that was referred to us by a friend in London . Centrally located and yet tucked away , Casa Petit had a magic uniquely its own . We found the place lovely and both the husband and wife couple were charming and hospitable. We loved the balcony , spartan yet elegant furniture , Gus the adorable black cocker spaniel ( a big bonus) and the charming achitectural touches in the house , in addition to the Italian color and cleanliness. It has only 3 rooms so its best to book in advance . Coming back late was not a problem , as one had a key . It was a magical trip to Venice, but Casa Petit with its quaint tucked away charm, its wholesomeness coupled with style , was the icing on a lovely Venetian cake., Woudl be back and would definitely stay there . However , do remember that if you pay by card there is an additional charge, so do try and pay by travelers checks if you can . …
We loved our stay at Casa Petit. It was one of the best bargains I could find in Venice and turned out to be quite delightful. Located in the San Marco area, it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Square or the Accadamia. The B&B is located down a very quiet street so we had no trouble sleeping with our balcony doors open at night. Yes, we had a lovely balacony overlooking her garden. The room was nice-sized and tastefully directed. The owner was very friendly and sweet. She served the best breakfast during my entire trip though Italy. Fresh fruit, homemade breads, delicious granola, yogurt, coffee, and fruit juice. A great start for a day of touring. I'd highly recommend this little B&B.
We stayed at Casa Petit for 2 nights last September. This quaint B&B is located in San Marco near Ca' Rezzonico where there was a Dali exhibit when we went. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The house is filled with eclectic furniture collected through the owner's trips to Asia. Breakfasts are healthy and you can relax with one of the many books lying around the living room. If you like pets, the owner's dog, Gaston runs around freely in the house. I really enjoyed my stay at Manuela's Casa Petit. Getting there: Get off at San Samuele rather than Academia since crossing L'Academia bridge with luggage is not the best idea. If you need to leave early in the morning, however, remember that San Samuele starts taking passengers to the train station much later in the day. ---------------------------…
