Can not recommend this place enough! Excellent location, away from the touristy centre but close enough to easily walk. Very friendly and accommodating host, Carlo was just lovely from start to finish! We arrived late on Friday night to a warm room and a welcome...More

Great location in the artsy part of Venice. Hotel has all amenities, and is in a quiet street surrounded by great eateries. We had some glitches when we checked in, Tv remote not working, Jacuzzi not working and a smelly bathroom. Carlo resolved two of...More

Dorsoduro / Accademia
Artsy is the defining mood of this neighbourhood with
street artists, students, painters, sculptors,
restorers, curators, historians, collectors, heirs and
heiresses rubbing elbows. Peggy Guggenheim's
collection, now a museum, lures chic locals for
evening art aperitifs. Traditionalists and visionaries
cocoon in bohemian luxury. La Salute basilica
buttresses the neighbourhood to the east. Gondolas bob

Take the Number 2 vaporetto from Ferrovia and get off at the Accademia DX stop and then it is an approx 3 minute walk from there. The streets are very narrow and confusing.

Hello, I'd email Carlo, the manager, and ask him directly. However, I did leave around 6:00 am when I stayed there and that was no problem. I just paid the night before and left my key in the room.
