This hotel is a little hard to find. If you didn't know it was there (which we didn't) you would miss it. Carlo, the owner heard us walking by with our luggage and came out to find us because we had walked past the hotel....More

Great location in a quiet part of Venice, but near enough to explore the main sights on foot - 5 minutes from Accademia and 20 minutes from the main square. The hotel itself was basic - our room was large enough and satisfied our needs....More

Take the Number 2 vaporetto from Ferrovia and get off at the Accademia DX stop and then it is an approx 3 minute walk from there. The streets are very narrow and confusing.

Hello, I'd email Carlo, the manager, and ask him directly. However, I did leave around 6:00 am when I stayed there and that was no problem. I just paid the night before and left my key in the room.
