Very friendly staff, nice well heated room, great selection for breakfast (though I didn't eat any), toilets and showers were clean, lots of information on what to do in Venice, great location close enough to the tourist spots but hidden away enough to escape.

Great location not far from the Rialto Bridge and bus stop. Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Only thing to watch for is they have no elevator so if you have heavy or lots of luggage its awkward ( but they will try to help )

Hate to disappoint you but there are no roads in Venice so you can't drive a car! Also consider a different hotel!

Hi Naomi, It's probably best to search this hotel on a booking website such as Expedia, trivago etc. to find availability and pricing.
