It has very good location, it's quiet, very clean, NO elevator. Comfort and luxury rooms, not to big, but good... to limited electric socket, you don't have any socket near your bed. In room 308 the bath has jakuzi. We let the conditioner at 23...More

Avery beautiful hotel in a building from 17th century, renewed beautifully. Very good breakfast, in a nice dining room The stuff very kind and helpful Our room was big and comfortable Near the fenicia theatre

Located very close to San Marco and Rialto bridge, on the canal. If lucky you can get a room with a canal view and observe gondolas below you. Unbeleivable design in rooms and lobby! Fantastic breakfast.

We did take the water taxi but I can’t remember the name of the stop. It can be a little confusing once off of the taxi navigating your way to the hotel. Sorry I can’t be more help
