We stayed in Anfiteatro in late July when the day temperatures were over 35C and we found the B&B very comfortable and the air conditioning worked a treat. Our room was large with a good bathroom. The only downside was our room faced onto the main pedestrian walkway lined with shops so it was a bit noisy but with windows...

Anfiteatro Bed and Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The pictures on the website are a perfect and exact indication of the room which was beautiful and spacious. We were three people staying in one room. We each had a bed in addition to a sofa. The continential breakfast was "immediatley outside of our room." While the area is in a corridor,...

Nice, very clean hotel. Excellent location, within walking distance of many major sites, but on a quiet street away from tourist traffic. Rooms are small but typical for European hotels. Staff was very, very helpful.

We had a huge room with a very comfortable big bed, a little sitting area, and a nice bathroom. Everything was clean. The only problem was that the room overlooked one of the main pedestrian areas in Verona so was pretty noisy at times. After a long day walking around Verona we were so tired we slept anyway. The breakfast...

We arrived very early (9 am) on the day of arrival and the owners Roberto and Monica were just getting there. They were very courteous and helped us bring our luggage up to the main floor. Even though it was early, we had told them ahead of time and they had the room ready for us. When they opened the...

This property was far from what the words Bed & Breakfast might conjure up, and the room was better than those in many of the major chains that I have stayed at. The room was very spacious with a large bed, and plenty room to move about and hide/unpack bags. There was a comfortable sofa, as well as a small...

Our friends who live in Verona recommended this location and what a great spot! You have to be careful looking for the entrance but it's the perfect area. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. In the pictures you see one room with a red bed and fireplace, which is the room we had and it's really large (hard...

We chose the Anfiteatro B&B based on previous reviews and its location, and we were not disappointed. Taxi ride from the station cost only 9 euros. Monica was there to greet us and we settled into our large room. Plenty of room to spread out, and the bathroom was modern and a good size. Just a short walk to the...

Monica met us at the front door when we arrived, along with her two adorable dachshunds, and showed us to our large, comfortable room on the second floor (European first floor). The room overlooked a pedestrianized shopping street, but we were never bothered by noise. Despite the quiet location, we were within 15 minutes walk of everything we wanted to...
