The staff was generally rude, we had adjoining rooms with a door that locks to the hallway. We arrived, left our rooms open, and locked the outside door with a hanging do not disturb sign. When we returned the outside door was open and our rooms were locked. This is not an e-key facility. The locks are keyed and attached...

With 40 degree temperature on our arrival pool was fantastica! Quiet location and handy for Verona city centre - bus route immediately outside hotel, plus free transfers in the evenings to and from arena, for the opera. Stayed here for four nights on way from Venice to Milan - good stopover point to explore the city and countryside nearby, including...

Sleep-over after lovely and exhausting day in Verona, San Marco Hotel is exactly what was needed, close to all attractions, ease access, parking, simple check-inn, dinning options, bar and relaxing atmosphere.

Location is in a quiet part of Verona, a bit further out of the centre than expected, but buses were fine, and taxis cheap. Hotel has a conference feel to it, a bit impersonal, and the pool area is cramped. Staff were eager to help. Room was comfortable and clean. Overall overpriced for what it offered, but it was the...

We stayed 3 nights after a cruise and we're lucky enough to be given an upgrade to a large pool view balcony room with an amazing bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath! The room was spotless and serviced daily. Our request for an extra pillow was granted immediately. Breakfast was good with enough choice, although service was a little slow at...

The deluxe room was lovely, clean, cool and spacious. The bathroom even had a Jacuzzi that I quite enjoyed after a long day of site seeing :) The beds were ok but I'm not sure if it was my quality of sleep as I was very restless and over tired the time that I stayed. I thought the bed was...

This hotel is a little way outside central Verona (about 30 minutes walk to the Arena). The room was spacious and clean but quite old fashioned - there was a real key that had to be handed in when leaving the room which made it less easy to pop in and out than a more modern hotel. The bathroom was...

Stayed here for 4 nights. Great hotel with friendly staff. Has an outdoor pool which for us was the main reason we choose to stay here. It's also quite close to city centre. About 15-20 minute walk. The rooms were very nice and was a great surprise to have a Jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. Great after such a long...

We booked on the understanding that the indoor pool and spa were included in the price (in which case it would be worth the price). On arrival, we found out that only the outdoor pool was included and access to the indoor pool and spa was an extra 15 euro per person. This meant it was a very expensive room....
