We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the train station, and also very close to the centre of Vicenza. We were not disappointed. It was an easy 16-minute walk, pulling suitcases, to the Due Mori from the station. It’s situated down a quiet side-street, one block away from Piazza Signori, but isolated from the noise and...

We wouldn’t have minded staying in any hotel in the UNESCO heritage city of Vicenza. But knowing our taste, our friend booked us at Due Mori – the oldest one there. There was an instant connect with the place. We were cheerfully greeted and directed to our room – very spacious, clean and welcoming. The antique wooden furniture was an...

Very friendly, accommodating staff, ideally situated within a few minutes walk of main places of interest. Highly recommended. Clean rooms, towels changed daily. Staff speak good English and are exceptionally helpful in a crisis. Suggested good restaurants. Good continental breakfast, excellent coffee. Would come back again.

Our room was very large. It had an ample closet and a hard bed. The bathroom was also large. It had a good-sized enclosed shower but no tub. It appeared to be the best place to stay in the town core. Very inexpensive, about €90/night, although breakfast was extra and minimal compared to other places we stayed. Nice staff. If...

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated Sabrina, who worked at the front desk. We spent a week here and there was free parking every night. We were directed to delicious restaurants and we had a good breakfast every morning. We had windows with shutters that overlooked the street!. We drove to Padua, to Mantua, to Lake Garda, to...

I was directed to this hotel by a very friendly waiter at a cool nearby restaurant called Spaccio. The lady at the front desk was so incredibly friendly and warm. She helped me with navigating the area to find their free parking space, gave me tips on great restaurants, and always smiled and greeted me so nicely every time I...

We stayed at the Due Mori as part of a group who came to Vicenza to celebrate my son's wedding. We chose this hotel because it was right in the heart of the old town which was a consideration for the older guests. It has no AC, but it does have high ceilings, circulating fans and shutters that are kept...

This small hotel is centrally located and we had no problem finding it by car. They have a private garage, but don't allow you to reserve a space, so we had to unload luggage and then park at the train station (just a short walk away). The room wasn't ready when we arrived in the morning, so we left it...

Down a side street off the main square, Hotel Due Mori was perfect for our stay - we arrived (having walked the 15 mins from the Station) at 10pm, and left the next morning at 9am having had a great night's sleep, the best shower we had in all our time in Italy and very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms...

This is how I like to stay! Clean, simple, oldfashioned, almost feels like a monastery, probably the beautiful sound of two sets of church bells adds to this feeling. Wollen blanket in bed, Old window sheilds to open. Small Italian breakfast, excellent coffee. Great location, friendly staff, low price. I'll be back!
