This is a hotel that used to be a very good one, but it really needs remodeling. We had a very good price, breakfast included. The hotel parking was pricy, but really convenient. You can get easily ticket for illegal parking. Our cheking was so slow because there was only one person at the reception. I will recommend it for...

Hotel is in very good location. 20 min walk from main train station and 5 minutes walk to old town. Rooms are in standard "italian classical" style. Bed mattress maybe too hard, but it depends on individual requirements. Breakfast is bellow average and definitely not for 4 stars hotel. "Dolce" table is rich, but nothing else. Breakfast starts from 7clock,...

We stayed four days at the Palace Hotel. It was quiet, the staff was friendly and dignified - they responded beautifully to my friendliness to them. The breakfast food was great, we did not eat in the upstairs restaurant. The location was wonderful and allowed us to visit the castle and old town with ease. Loved our walks along the...

...excellent location (ca 20 min walking distance to the heart of the old town,, spacious, very comfortable rooms, fine-quality toilletries,high-class lobby and 7th-floor restaurant/Murat,service included, lavish breakfast (had it not been for the menu, absolutely no change at all for 4 straight mornings).Despite all this, nothing could make up for the receptionists' stiffness, to put it mildlly: utterly reluctant, bored, slightly disdainful...

It was a real joy to spend 2 nights in the Palace while we were in Bari. The hotel was a restored old world hotel with large spacious rooms with high ceilings. The rooms were all very well kept, the bathrooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and included about everything you could...

The room (234) was an absolute joy. Large, beautifully furnished, quiet and designed in a modern quality style. Lots of musical accoutrements. The breakfast room was not large enough when a large amount of people arrived. They had to open up the main restaurant to ease the queues.

Dear Gary, thank you very very much for such words. I'm very glad that you liked the room nr. 234. It is known as 'the room of music'. As for the breakfast room it may happen that when our guests have breakfast almost at the same time so it is necessary to ease the queues by opening the main restaurant....

We had a room at the front which was really comfortable but very noisy, we would stay again but ask for a room over the side street. We got street parking luckily as we were only staying overnight and the hotel car park was 20 euros a day or part. An excellent breakfast - not being a cold meat and...

2 days from Jun 2016. This hotel is a 20min walk from the station but puts you between the old and new part of the city great for sightseeing and shopping . The front desk staff (a man) was quite rude when we arrived which was disappointing as this hotel was upmarket and not that cheap, however our room was...

We only stayed one night. Hotel is walking distance to the waterfront and all major city highlights. Hotel has a private parking lot underground for guests with a charge of course. Room was quiet with full hot and cold buffet breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

Dear Patrick, thank you very much for this revew about the Palace Hotel. As you probably noted, we are restructuring our rooms and, since there are 195 of them, it will take some months before the complete work. I hope you'll come back soon and stay at the Palace Hotel, even in a new restructured room. See you soon.
