To be honest, from the location, I would never normally choose a place like this. I had a big problem with bad bad service at Grimaldi ferries (thats another story) and was forced to let my ferry go and find somewhere for the night. I was first impressed with the big sliding gate that assured me that my large van full of all of my possessions was going to be safe and secure. I was even given my own parking bay! then, at reception, I met Davide for the first time. He speaks excellent English and made a super great impression. Even though it was close to home time, he was patient, courteous, polite and very helpful in explaining things. The room is basic but more than adequate for an emergency stopover of what became two nights. The most impressive part of my stay was the commitment of Davide. Knowing my situation he went above and beyond his duty to help find a private laboratory to get yet another COVID test for travel, he gave me his personal number in case I needed a translator and even checked in with me on his day off! If the management of the Hotel is reading this, you have a customer service superstar on your team. I am not exaggerating. To qualify my opinion, part of my work is as an International consultant that specialises in 'Customer Service Excellence and Quality Management so I know what I am talking about. Please look after this man and give him the recognition he deserves. All in all, my stay here helped me to handle and mange a very stressful situation with ease and I am very grateful. thank you team and especially, Grazie Mille Davide!

We stayed at the Nemo for one night after arriving on the ferry from Greece. The hotel is set in an industrial area and this was slightly off putting , but once inside it is a little oasis! Our room was clean and spacious and the parking space inside the secure gated car park was just what we wanted. During our ferry journey the receptionist contacted me to ask for details if we were delayed as we could then enter the complex with a given code. Luckily we were on time and met by the lovely receptionist who advised us of a nearby pizza restaurant ( which was delicious ) for dinner. Breakfast was included in the price and was plentiful. Again the staff working here were lovely, helpful and smiling! If we get the ferry again we will definitely return to the Hotel Nemo, thank you to all staff. Just one constructive criticism please could glasses be placed in the rooms for water. Luckily we had our own!

We stayed 2 nights, arrived on a Monday night straight from airport. David (hotel reception) sent us message early in the day with clear details on location and access if delayed. Great staff, spotlessly clean, basic but stopped in some top hotels with less room and less customer service.

Was a very nice holiday. We stayed there for 11 days! Hotel is very nice and clean. You need a car for this hotel! Staff was great! They are trying to speak English! So is not a big problem if you don’t speak italian ! Food in Italy is amazing! Wine and coffee super! Me and my family enjoyed this holiday! I recommend this hotel for everyone!!!

As a pilot, I have traveled all over the world. I wouldn't say this was the worst hotel, but it is pretty close to the bottom. Being the end of September the AC had been switched off, the rooms were too warm and stuffy to sleep. However upon request they came and switched the AC back on for us - surprised that we wanted it and warned us not to complain in the morning if we were frozen and sick. The AC worked well and made for a comfortable nights sleep even on the typical Italian hard mattress and extra hard flat pillows! The rooms were clean but very outdated. The bathroom was only adequate. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE !! Unable to take a shower makes this a one star or less rating. The only reason I give it any stars is because the front desk manager was very helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was like being in a college or high school cafeteria. A 20 person group occupied half of the tables and were very loud in every way. But, this is Italy. Our food choice was limited to two choices of main, pasta and salad. We got a nice bowl of pasta or risotto with one tiny pork chop and a bowl of plain lettuce! The chef was more interested in serving his girlfriend and 2 friends at the table next to us! A very nice grilled fish and tomato salad finished off with espresso! You can read the other reviews that explain the location in the industrial center and that it is located directly under the final approach path to the airport. The manager said at least the last flight is at 2300. Of course around 0630 you will awaken to the first arrivals or departures. Considering all of this I am ABSOLUTELY shocked that the price of this room was €196. It should only warrant maybe €76 at the highest! Breakfast was included but is basic croissant, cereal, fruit and lunch meat. I highly recommend choosing one of the nicer hotels north of Brindisi. If you are here for the local industrial work without a car, maybe this will suffice. BUT, not at this price! Good luck.
