The hotel was a bit of a surprise as it was behind a property that is undergoing construction. Not an attractive "front yard (garden)," however the hotel itself is attractive, tidy and clean. It is also across the street from the sandy beach. Too bad there is not more view. Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony. The...

We had a week's holiday here and enjoyed every minute. The hotel was exactly right for us, although there were not the facilities that some might expect in a holiday resort. We chose a superior room, which obviously cost more, but gave us more space. The staff were helpful and friendly. The place was kept beautifully clean and tidy, despite...

It's always a pleasure for us to receive positve feedback and suggestions for improvement for our hotel and services which began several years ago in 2005. We are obviously very happy to know that we have been able to offer you a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. As you were able to see the position of the hotel is such that...

The hotel is just off the main seafront road and is located up a driveway which is between other buildings so it does not directly face the sea as it is built sideways on. nevertheless we had a side facing sea view from our balcony. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel and is beautiful and...

I booked this hotel through Ryan Air after booking a long weekend away with them. the flights were excellent value, and better still the hotel which was still open in December was giving special rates for weekend bookings. The hotel is about 15 mins from airport via taxi. It is about a good 20 min walk into the old town...

We arrived in Alghero airport on a 6am flight from Stansted London. It took literally 20 minutes to get off the plane, through passport control, and to collect our luggage. We jumped in a taxi to our hotel, only cost approx EUR 15 and took about 15 minutes. On arrival at the hotel, first impressions were ok. The hotel is...

We had difficulty finding a hotel in Alghero because the tour companies appear to block book everything and many hotels will only take a booking of a week or longer. In the end we opted for the Alma with some trepidation based on the mixed reviews on Tripadvisor. This was well founded. The hotel is a concrete block on the...

We stayed three nights. Good location only a few steps from the beach, but not too close to the road. Our superior room was spotlessly clean and featured a large widescreen LCD TV, beds were comfy and the room had aircon. Wi-fi worked well for 5.95 euros for 5 hours continuous use or 40 euros for 7 days. Other durations...
