We had difficulty finding the apartment, even though we were guided by the What’s Apt map on my mobile phone, as there was no apparent clear signage, so after making a quick call to the contact on What’s Apt, we were directed to an entrance to a supermarket and to the left was a large brown door, that was opened for us to enter. Our apartment was on the first floor behind another secure door with 2 other apartments. The room overlooked what appeared to be a building site and directly above the entrance to the supermarket, which was not idea and quite loud at times, especially in the mornings when the supermarket were receiving deliveries. The room was quite large, clean and tidy and had a bed, wardrobe, TV, kettle and fridge area. The bathroom/‘toilet was located outside and near to our room, which no one else shared that we were aware of when we made the booking . The bed was quite comfortable, but the bedframe was too big for the mattress, so you had to watch where you were walking around the bed to avoid walking into the bedframe. It was very quit at night. Breakfast was not an option in which we were aware of prior to the booking. Excellent location.

Property's Favourite Review
The hotel is in the center of the old city, 1 minute's walk from the sea and just next to a supermarket. The rooms are really sweet and nice, full of light, clean and comfortable. Luca is REALLY nice, and considerate. Since I'm vegan, he made me a special breakfast which was super tasty and generous. There is only one thing - at 7:30 the church's bells are ringing really strong. But if you don't mind this alarm, it's the perfect place :-)

Pleasant flat in an appartment house in a very central and beautiful district of the old town. All tourist attractions are in walking distance incl. train station and bus terminal. The flat is very clean, the matrazes excellent, the bathroom modern. Overall the flat is appealing, showing the footprints of culturally interested hosts. The nights were quiet and the window could be left open. The hosts give great advices and offer on request personalized and professional city tours which give insights on Palermo behind the scenery (the guided tours are also highly recommendable to guests interested in art and architecture).

Nice place to stay, clean, good communication, near to the main restaurants and bars! 2km by foot for the main attractions. We also worked there and both internet and common space with table, are super comfortable to do it. Wi-fi works well, there is a comfortable bed and a life safer air conditioned on the hot season of August. I highly recommend

We found this B&B as part of our honeymoon tour of Sicily. We where looking for something in the Historical center of Palermo that was easy to get in and out of for day trips. Piazza Marina was perfect; parking was easy with lots of options, food was abundant with great restaurants nearby, and a short walk to most of the shuttles and meeting points for some great day trips. Besides it’s great location, the property was squeaky clean and very well done. You can see the level of effort Michela put into making this place wonderful. The beds where super confortable, and every effort was made to make us feel welcome.

This is a wonderful BnB in Palermo! They accommodated our late arrival around midnight, and also held our bags for a later departure. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious! We had the room with the private external bathroom, and the bathroom was perfect. Clean, great shower, hair dryer, etc. Very comfortable bed. Great value for money and central location.

Cozy, nice atmosphere,  rooms smelling clean, in the south part of the inner city centre this 3 rooms B&B makes you feel home! Every morning the owner on site prepares a hearty breakfast of fresh food included in room rate. There's a supermarket just beside the main entrance and a lot of typical restaurants hanging around these alleyways of the town. Everything's right around the corner! Less then 10 mins walking to the Prestìa e Comandé airport bus stop. I shared a double with my cousin. Thanks to Eleonora and her lovely and sweet mum. We'll come back!!

A gorgeous gem of a B&b. Don't be put off by the apartment facade, because tucked away inside on the first floor is a B&b that has been meticulously laid out, designed with obvious knowledge of engineering and artistic appreciation. Such lovely details, terrific recycled art, fabulous shower, outstanding breakfast, and a very comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. A lot of thought has gone into this boutique B&b, and the price is far lower than similar quality B&B's. The only point I would make is that because the property owner is not on site the entrance is done via phone and my experience was that it did not work and so it was a little confusing upon arrival. I would highly recommend Piazza Marina for a stay in Palermo.
