This hotel has exceptional customer service, but the hotel is located in an area that is much too noisy. The rooms all face a road or path where people walk, and sometimes motor bikes go by. We were there in March and the room was too warm to sleep without opening the window, but we could not sleep with the noise from outside. There is no air conditioning provided at this time of the year and the room was very warm and stuffy. The rooms are also very small. Despite the great customer service we would not stay here again.

Response from Palazzo Natoli, Proprietario at Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel
Responded 1 week ago
Dear Mrs. Vaquer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay at Palazzo Natoli boutique Hotel. Our team strives to ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and had we been made aware of your difficulties with the air conditioning, we would have promptly assisted you in turning it on, to enhance your comfort. Regarding the noise disturbance, we want to assure you that all our rooms are equipped with double pane soundproof windows to minimize any external disturbances. We appreciate your understanding that, despite our efforts, some noise may still be audible when windows are open, especially in urban areas. Additionally, we would like to clarify that we offer a variety of room sizes and categories to cater to different preferences and needs. The room you booked, a "Classic" double room, is indeed one of our smaller room categories. We apologize if this did not meet your expectations. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve our services and facilities. We hope for the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a more satisfactory experience tailored to your preferences. Warm regards, The Management

Hotel's Favourite
We spent two nights in the garden apartment at the beginning of our two weeks on Sicily (spacious, comfortable, and private), and two nights at the end of our stay in a superior room with a view (beautiful, and incredibly well soundproofed from the street). Both were great. Every single person on the staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. Andrea was extraordinarily helpful in so many ways, from even before we arrived to an excellent recommendation for our final lunch, and so much more. He also arranged a driver so we could visit Segesta and Selinunte. The very knowledgeable and engaging driver (Antonello) provided so much more than transportation. Siri was also wonderful, from her warm welcome to her recommendation for an excellent ceramics shop. And it was great to always have Nina’s friendly greeting and excellent service at breakfast every day. The staff seem to answer your questions even before you ask them. They always confirmed that their information was up to date (especially important in the off-season). Everything about the stylish Natoli clearly strives to be first class. Excellent location. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Palermo.

Not sure why this boutique hotel isn’t a 5 star property as everything is 5 stars. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast. The reception services are outstanding. The man who welcomed us made a map just for us based on everything we wanted to see. He added his favorites too. He helped us select restaurants that were each excellent. Then the other people at reception were equally as welcoming and excellent. Helpful recommendations! An excellent stay. Spotless floors!

From the location, to the service, to the quality of the facility and the breakfast, this place completely exceeded my expectations. First of all it sits in right along one of the main streets in the old, pedestrian part of the city, a few blocks from the Quattro Conti. You can easily walk to almost anything including the dozens of cathedrals, the waterfront, and hundreds of restaurants and shops. It is small. With only 12 rooms the staff knows and recognizes you. The service is excellent. On par with a Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria or Ritz Carlton, just much smaller. The building and rooms are quaint and well designed with unique furnishings in each room. The beds are comfortable with good sleep quality. Beware there are no elevators and many steep steps if you have mobility issues. The shower is also smaller than you will find in large luxury hotels. Each morning you are treated to a beautiful breakfast in the cozy dining room. We loved choosing from our favorites and trying new things too. It was all delicious. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Palermo.

Perfect location, outstanding staff, lovely breakfast, clean & comfortable room. We took a cab to & from the airport picking up a rental car after spending 2 nights in Palermo. No need for a car while you stay here- it's walking distance from everything you need to see. What more could you want from a hotel. Do not hesitate to book here- easily five stars!

The best thing is the location - it’s right in the middle of the historic center of the city. No more than 10 mins walk to any of the main attractions The rooms themselves are surprisingly large - a lot of space for an urban setting. Furnished in a modern style Staff was very helpful. In particular, there was a French woman (I forget her name sorry) at the front desk who was very helpful getting us situated in the city. Andrea also had a great restaurant recommendation and helped arrange a reservation. Kind people all around We decided to drive our rental car here, but it was very stressful and chaotic to figure out where to go in the old city. If you decide to stay here, I would recommend figuring out alternative transport

We stayed in Palermo for 2 nights. Location was excellent, as it had easy access to the busy street with bars and restaurants, while being just a road apart to shield you from the noise (on the side of the cathedral). In short, it was clean, spacious, and with prompt service. A special shout-out to the super hardworking hotel manager Alicia! Always with a smile, super attentive, and acts on the task at hand immediately. She even managed to greatly impress my wife, who is usually the impatient one, with just how proactive and attentive Alicia is. Highly recommend this hotel to make your Palermo stay an enjoyable one!
