Located in the centre of Palermo, Palazzo Natoli is an elegant modern Boutique Hotel. With its 12 rooms, the building has an intimate and elegant ambience, although it still preserves the feeling of a nobleman’s residence. The Hotel is located 250m far from Palermo Cathedral and the famous Quattro Canti, a crossroads that leads to the city’s historic centre and its famous markets.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic location, fantastic staff, fantastic room and bathroom. Andrea at the front desk was a genius at recommending restaurants, not only in Palermo but also in Ragusa. The young women at the front desk during the morning as well as the one managing the breakfast were all so helpful and interesting to chat with. The breakfast was delicious and ample, the cappuccinos were cheerfully refilled.

Hotel's Favourite
I have travelled all over the word in my 70 years, and this has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Although it only has 9 rooms, it is immaculate, previously a palace. The staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble and they were all efficient and charming. It must be the best boutique hotel in the whole of Sicily, I only wished I could have stayed longer as there were many restaurants and bars close by that I did not have time to visit. A/c was perfect. Overall was extremely good value for money. Quality of the toiletries in the bathroom were the best. It is a Luxury hotel without the big cost.

My stay at the Palazzo Natoli was wonderful- the staff had the best recommendations, always offered to make reservations, and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was adorable and the location could not be beat. Would recommend!!

We had a wonderful room on the front of the hotel with a small balcony framed by flowers and views up and down the main historic street. The hotel staff are incredibly attentive, the breakfast service wonderful, and location perfect for seeing everything in the Centro of Palermo.

Great hotel in the heart of the city center of Palermo. The hotel is a historical building that was owned by a writer and they have kept the charm and history but was very updated and clean. There is only 9 rooms in the hotel and each room is charming, clean and updated. The best part of the hotel is it’s staff. They are all soooo nice and helpful, Andrea, Sirana, davide and nino. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and tips on things to see and do. Also the breakfast was amazing. You fill out a form of all the things you want the night before and they serve you at their small restaurant in the morning. Can order as much as you want. Highly recommend this hotel if deciding to visit Palermo.

We stayed in the loft B&B room for two nights. Room is clean and well appointed. Restroom was very spacious. The eating area was small but felt cozy & romantic for two people. Nespresso machine provided with a fully stocked minibar. Don’t think of this place as a hotel, it’s more of an Air B&B that has been updated quite nicely. The staff was so sweet and friendly! Andrea, the nice gentleman that checked us in, helped plan our two day stay with so many recommendations and even made reservations for us at a local pizzeria. The location is certainly in the center of all the local tourist sites, so no need for a car or public transport. The gelato shop across the way was phenomenal (we went twice)! Note that the streets of Palermo are old, historic, and beautiful, but sadly it is littered with trash and graffiti. Although we did feel uneasy walking around after 9pm, we felt perfectly safe throughout the day. The location of this “hotel” is in the thick of it all. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel to a friend or relative and would stay there again.

We spent two nights in the garden apartment at the beginning of our two weeks on Sicily (spacious, comfortable, and private), and two nights at the end of our stay in a superior room with a view (beautiful, and incredibly well soundproofed from the street). Both were great. Every single person on the staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. Andrea was extraordinarily helpful in so many ways, from even before we arrived to an excellent recommendation for our final lunch, and so much more. He also arranged a driver so we could visit Segesta and Selinunte. The very knowledgeable and engaging driver (Antonello) provided so much more than transportation. Siri was also wonderful, from her warm welcome to her recommendation for an excellent ceramics shop. And it was great to always have Nina’s friendly greeting and excellent service at breakfast every day. The staff seem to answer your questions even before you ask them. They always confirmed that their information was up to date (especially important in the off-season). Everything about the stylish Natoli clearly strives to be first class. Excellent location. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Palermo.

Absolutely Wonderful Hotel . From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. A wonderful professional friendly welcome from Andrea . A small beautiful room ( room 7 ). Great bedding, well stocked bathroom with everything from toothbrushs to make up remover . The stand out thing is the service from the staff, they are welcoming warm and professional in every way . The Argentian lady serving breakfast was a joy , and Andrea behind the desk not only tailor made recommendations but prepared a street map for us . The hotel is grown up , stylish ,but relaxed the food is lovely and a perfect location moments from key sites . One of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in .

Spent 2 nights in this charming, beautiful boutique hotel in the old quarter of Palermo. Located on a quiet street off the main pedestrian road. Place was spotlessly clean, room was spacious with a small balcony overlooking Main Street, so great place to sip coffee or a glass of wine. Breakfast was decadent and delicious with lots of choices ( pre ordered) Staff were absolutely delightful and could not do enough to make our stay memorable. In all my travels, I can not recall such amazing hospitality from hotel staff. Wish we could have stayed longer……

Arrived New Years Eve and spent three nights here. Loved everything about this hotel. Location is great for seeing all the highlights in Palermo and everything was easily walkable. Our room was very nice and had a balcony facing the main street. The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful we ever had. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Palermo!
