With it’s perfect location at the heart of Palermo, cleanliness, beautiful design an extremely responsive stuff - B&B Palermo will remains a great part of our Sicilian experience. We will never forget the way the front desk clerk Giuseppe treater us. Very helpful and responsive in a vast spectrum of services and advises he deserves our admirations and gratitude. Securing a parking in this busy Palermo area was highly appreciated by us. With a big pleasure we will visit your hotel again if we will have a chance. Not to mention that we will sincerely recommended to anyone planning a trip to Palermo. Best Regards, Ludmila and Youli Hodjov
Excellent, very central location close to cathedral, pretoria, markets, shopping, restaurants and train/bus station. Very straightforward modern design, all very clean snd highly functional. Rooms are equipped with a/c, tv, hairdryer, fridge. The staff was utterly kind and helpful — and multilingual. I loved staying here. Especially the breakfast on top of the roof terrace was amazing due to the views!
Ideal location. Very accommodating staff. Clean rooms with very good WiFi connection. Challenging to access by car but the staff was extremely helpful navigating to hotel and assisting us to parking and hotel access.
We reserved the room for 4 members but the room and bathroom are so small. Our friend reserved the room for two and they got bigger bathroom. Our bathroom has only one bathtub while only one wash basin while our friends got two wash basins. So disappointed.
Perfect location in Palermo right by Quattro Canti. Great hotel, large, clean room and very helpful staff. Fantastic view from the breakfast terrace, and good breakfast which would have been even better with a few more vegan options and more coffee machines! Highly recommended for a trip to Palermo.
Really nice hotel,at the center of the old city of Palermo.Everything is at your feet.Polite staff, amazing roof to relax and have your coffee with the best view ever!!! I would choose that again and again.
Our accommodation lasted for a week. Rooms need restoration - only the bathroom was restored - although it was very clean. Breakfast was good and many choices were given. Stuff was very kind and helpful. Good experience in general!
Great lokalizacja, but coming by car only for gut driver (narrow, one-way-streets, which are connected with pedestrianan area with limited traffic zone), but after arrival you can leave the car in the hotel garage and walk in the city center. When the weather is good, you can eat breakfast on the terrace with great view. I recomend this hotel.
The location is perfect, you’re right by all the key sights and around the corner from a lot of great bars and restaurants. Our first room was at the front of the hotel and large. While it had basic furnishings and the bathroom felt old, it was ok for the price. Liked that it had big windows that opened, a fridge, good storage and decent TV. However, we experienced a lot of noise / vibrations from construction happening under the hotel. At first I was told there was nothing that could be done, but on day two I spoke with Guiseppe who kindly moved us to another room (339). This room was lovely and new on the side of with really modern furnishings, a beautiful kitchen / dining area that had really nice glassware etc. Really liked the decor, the big fridge, wall mounted tv, lots of storage and that it had two French doors that opened for fresh air. The bathroom was a bit odd, huge room, but small basin and shower. Had very limited lighting, no where to put a hand towel and shower was not great, could only angle the head one way and had two types of slippery flooring. Other thing I would add is that it’s great they have environmental policies in place, but while waiting for an elevator the hall lights go out every 30 sec or so which felt a bit unnerving when alone. Hotel is also dog friendly and only charges a small fee.…
We had a great stay. The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to the Quattro Canti and Piazza and Fontana Pretoria, so right in the heart of the touristy area. Every morning as you walk to reception you see the fountain, which is wonderful. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. That enhanced our stay. The room was spacious and had all we need. Ideal for our stay. This is an old building but renovated to be very modern and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant has great views and a must see. Great place for a beer. We enjoyed a morning coffee at the nearby Cafe Latino, where we were warmly welcomed. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and shops on the area. I’d be delighted to stay here again.
