We had three days in a junior suite here and we were impressed good room although the wardrobe was in the bathroom area with the sink. It had a rotating TV. Breakfast was great. The selection is the best I've ever had in Italy (and I used to travel extensively in Italy on business). Only problem was the staff didn't...

Nice modernly furnished bedroom, succulent breakfast and very efficient staff. Ideally located and you can park your car along the sea shore for free and enjoy a five minutes walk to the hotel.

Quite agree with all the pleasant comments made on the hotel (location, service, breakfast). Two weaknesses : - the plan of the rooms : we had a junior suite which was made of 2 little rooms almost completely separated by a wall ; no sense of space. - the noise at night : we stayed from a tuesday evening until...

Great location but why can't the hotel get the detail right. Broken shower taps and leaking connecting pipes. Wellness centre likewise. Hooks not fixed to wall and leaky showers. No roof garden yet!. Dinner a bit strange. Had to tick order for following night. Ran out of wine! Waiters inexperienced. I am sure will be ok when all bedded in...

We very much liked this hotel. It has just opened very recently and everything is very new. Rooms are very comfortable (e.g. good bed, good bathroom, very clean etc.). Initially, we were a bit worried about parking, but it's easy just to park for free next to the hotel (e.g. on the nereby square). Breakfast is pretty good as well....

The Falkensteiner is new (though in a historic palazzo), modern and perfectly located for sightseeing in the fascinating city of Palermo. Breakfast is delicious and robust! Staff is friendly and professional. The little lounge-bar is a nice place for a glass of wine or pot of tea. We didn't use wifi, so can't comment on that. I had a room...

Positive comments: Located in a wonderful area, the building is fascinating and peculiar to historical building of Palermo. Pretty new furnitures and "Hilton Style" rooms made my stay there enough relaxing. The breakfast is abundant offering plenty of local sweets, the room price is strongly better than competitors. Why didn't I quote the maximum rate? Because I've discovered there isn't...
