Mejor no vaya a este ¿hotel?. Las habitaciones están por acabar, aunque en la foto salga muy bonita. La limpieza deja mucho que desear y la propia estructura del hotel responde más a una pensión que a un hotel similar a un NH 4 estrellas que es lo que "nos vendieron". Si consigue dormir, no se preocupe los ruidos de la calle y los gritos de los gorrillas le despertarán. Otro día hablaré del desayuno o de la comida y la cena que ofrecen...

Accoglienza e cibo eccezionale. Respiri aria familiare, oltre che siciliana. Grazie al sorriso di Danilo. Consiglio ai gruppi scuola che vogliono soggiornare nella bellissima Palermo ed essere centrali. Camere pulite. Consiglio i primi piatti all’insegna della cucina palermitana. L'Hotel si trova in ottima posizione in quanto permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro storico, la stazione centrale e anche la principale fermata degli autobus diretti in aeroporto. La stanza è stata abbastanza comoda e non si è notata alcuna mancanza. Sono rimasto più notti, ma gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati solo una volta così come la pulizia della stanza. Il bagno è stato molto comodo e pulito. Si sono sentiti molto spesso rumori dai corridoi, segno dell'assenza di insonorizzazione. L'ascensore, unico in tutta la struttura, ci metteva quasi sempre 10 minuti prima di arrivare e c'è stata una scomodissima porta che collega la struttura alla reception che ha sbattuto ininterrottamente dalla mattina alla sera. Lo staff è stato cordiale. La colazione totalmente insufficiente in termini di qualità e quantità. Una nota: l'Hotel ospita spesso gite scolastiche con tutto ciò che ne consegue in termini di rumore prodotto dai ragazzi, non sempre rispettosi.…

Vacanza bellissima con i miei compagni e con i nostri prof! Palermo è stupenda! Voto 2 alla prof dell'altro gruppo che durante la cena ha mortificato la signora del ristorante che è sempre stata gentile con noi e ad un nostro compagno che non stava molto bene ha fatto fare del riso bianco e offerto sempre the caldo e mele...spero di tornare con la mia famiglia

Nell'hotel hanno soggiornato dei ragazzi in gita scolastica. Colazione pessima, pranzo deludente. Si trova anche qualche pelo nel cibo. La sera sala piena e i ragazzi per andare a cena hanno dovuto aspettare che la sala si svuotasse. Organizzazione pessima.
