Nice rooms even if a little old, not very unclean but can be better. The staff was good and Always available for your needs, the food was good and the portions big, lot of choice for the breakfast. The neighborhood is nice even if it's a little far from the centre

Stayed here for 2 nights May 2019. Rooms are dark and dingy, in real need of redecoration. Bathroom facilities ok but shower cubicle is small. Comfort of bed was ok, sheets were clean but stained as was the bed cover. Breakfast is served from 7am - 10am. We arrived for breakfast at 8.15 there were tables free but they had not been cleaned after previous guests, we had to ask for them to be cleaned and also had to ask for the cheese, meat, rolls etc to be replenished as well as the tea/coffee cups! I would not choose to stay here again. The only good thing was the secure monitored car park!

The facility was average, but the service was very poor. We were in contact with in total 4 front desk staff, a gentleman around 40 was very friendly and helpful, but all the others didn't really care about us... also the lady serving breakfast seemed that she didn't want to be there at all...

Visited here on a university trip and we had items from our rooms missing! 4 rooms in total had makeup missing. I assumed it was the cleaners who took it. Anyways the hotel didn’t do much about it and just said to inform the police. As I travelled from England wasn’t looking to go through that hassle just to be compensated. Anyways it was nice and clean and our view was amazing. Beds were comfort than I expected and the bathroom was nice.

The staff was unkind. The rooms look like an old-fashioned dorm. The room was run down,it was not cleaned completely (e.g.rubbish under the beds, trash can was not empty), the ceiling was spotted. The parking facility was O.K.

We found this hotel as we needed to stay near our friends apartment. The price was good and the hotel had good review. Breakfast was also included and was very good. The staff are very pleasant and spoke good English. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere while being professional and authentic. The room was a good size, had AC and a decent shower. We only stayed a night but would definitely look to stay again. The location is not in central Palermo but the metro station is very close by.

good location - rooms a little bit old but clean. Compared to the price top. I would recommend to friends who are looking for a good price and no luxury. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you mind about older furniture, small comfort etc. then i would definitely not recommend it. For us it was OK for a few nights only. We have had a room just like an Appartement. So this was a big point for us.

The hotel is not charming, but it is a good low-budget choice when you visit Palermo. We parked the car at the hotel and took the bus (15 minutes) to the centre. Frequent service. Buy tickets in advance at a kiosk. For dinner we found several good restaurants in the neighborhood of the hotel. We recommend Verdechiaro.

My girlfriend and I stayed here 1 night so we can catch our flight the next morning. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was very basic, but clean. The only real issue was the AC which was very poor. We opened the window instead as we were on the 11th floor and it was windy. Still, it was very hot and uncomfortable. Hotel was 10 minutes away by car from Mondello beach! I do not recommend this hotel for more than a 1 night stay. Unless AC is not an issue like it is for me, then by all means enjoy!
