Oh my! What happened here? This was part of a tour, so I had to stay for 2 nights. Would I have been on my own I’d have looked for another hotel. This hotel is disgusting. Stains on the bed, the wall etc. Seems like the rest (the floor, other surfaces) have never been cleaned. Disgusting place!

I'm writing this at 4am because I can't sleep in my room. Do not go to this hotel. The pictures are misleading and the 4 star category is a joke: • Stains in the walls and in the blankets. Not because of the cleaning service, which I think it does a great kob, but because the conditions of the general state of the rooms/hotel. • Rooms X01 is next to the elevator. We already saw a couple complaining and trying to change rooms because of the loud noise. • Our room has holes in the walls Our room has watermarks in the walls. • Our bed has nothing between our head and the wall and it looks bad. • Of course the bed is uncomfortable and the eifi is terrible • You can hear ALL the guests in the rooms. Example: I hear the room next to ours going to the toilet. And another room with several people talking and having a good time because they weren't trying to sleep. • I don't know if they are changing the towels everyday or just folding them again, used. Either way, they waste a lot of water cleaning them or we're using each other’s towels because we don't know which one is which. Don't waste your money here.

I would not recommend this hotel. The location was not all that great, and when you walked out the door there was garbage everywhere. There are surely many other options with better locations close to the city center. There were holes in the walls, mold in the very, very tiny shower. Altogether, a very unpleasant stay.

Nice location. Room is very clean and spacious. I am at 8th floor. Good view. A bit noisy with the lift up and down. Breakfast is simple but Im just picky. Overall good hotel to stay to tour around the city. For parking, there is a private parking just opposite ibis style which is less than mins walk. You can negotiate the price and cheaper and more spaces. I would recommend parking here. The street in front of the hotel is very crowded and scary for newbie driver in continent like me!

Very confused how this hotel has a rating of 4 stars. Pros: walking distance to centre, staff were lovely and cleaning staff who cleaned the room did a great job. Cons: room smelt really bad (literally like wet dog) including the bathroom, bed was rock solid, shower was poor with very bad water pressure, bottled water was not complimentary, dodgy area, dodgy lift, questionable decor, weak air con which turned off multiple times, lighting was very dark and dingy, could hear scraping of chairs in room above incredibly clearly. Me and my friend were out most of the day and always ate out so we’re only sleeping and showing so the holiday was still lovely. If you’re planning on spending more time in the hotel, maybe look somewhere else.

This is a horrible hotel. Good points: freshly painted, nicely decorated, clean. The rest: in a bad location with lots of trash, feels unsafe and has a lot of outdoor bars right in front playing VERY loud music until 2 or so in the morning. Rooms are tiny with 2 very small drawers, safe doesn't work, a medium size person can barely fit in the shower and there is no place to sit except for one wooden desk chair. Bed is ok. Not particularly close to important sights. We won't be back.

Room to small for two people where you can barely move and not well cleaned, the location is close to the main attractions but in a street full of rubbish. The service is absolutely awful. At around 7 am in the morning someone came into our room. It was the hotel maid who for some reason was about to clean our room while we were sleeping. She immediately left the room when she realised we were there. Unfortunately she decided to clean the room next to ours, making loud noises and slamming doors and windows, which prevented us from sleeping. What's worse is that at some point she started arguing with his colleagues, screaming with no concern for the guest. I had to go out and ask them to stop, but they kept talking and making noise. Very unique bad experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

Where to start it says 4star obviously Italy has a different rating very very noisy outside woken up a couple of times at silly hours fridge was more like a heater said it would be fixed following day but wasn't and the shower was probably the smallest I've ever used nice Square handles on the inside which dig in quite nicely

Our room looked exactly the same as on the pictures, the breakfast was good, although it was a shame, that in Italy a hotel makes that kind of watery coffe (swill), which didn't looked like real coffe nor tasted like that. The sheets were clean but we needed the thermo blankets which were definintely not clean (they smelled). The bathroom was large, but the shower cabin was so small, that my fiancé could't fit in. Otherwise the staff was kind and helpful they gave us another room with a spacios shower cabin. It would be nice if there would be a kettle in the room to make a tea or coffe. BUT if you choose this hotel, take it into account that on Friday and Saturday there's party time around the building which makes impossible to sleep from 10PM till 2:30AM and the streets which lead to the hotel are messy and smell from p*ss and sh*t and next to the hotel there begins the slum part of the city. The hotel writes that they have soundproof windows and walls but take my word: next to a pub and and a roaring street music the windows and the walls mean zero. So from Sunday to Friday I recommend the hotel (despite the location) because its a good deal, but if you want to relax, don't come here on the weekend.

Room was nice. Bathroom clean and modern. Staff were very very helpful and friendly. But... we were here friday and saturday. These days are horroristic in this area. In front of the hotel from 4 cars come a different loud music. In 4th floor the Windows are nearly to break. The windows are not sound proof. And finally the policeman the end of 112 line doesnt speak English. And the hotel staff said that the police cannot do nothing because of the law. So this place is a bad joke!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND FROM FRIDAY TILL SUNDAY IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP AT NIGHT AFTER A LONG DAY!!!
