Close to the city center and main shopping area. Car not needed and parking in the area of the city a challenge. Room was spacious and tidy but needed updating. The refrigerator only functions when you're in the room making it a challenge to keep anything cold. Comfortable shower but the door barely worked as some plastic hardware was brittle and broke. Friendly staff was helpful when approached but did not go out of their way to anticipate problems. Breakfast was extensive and the bar (coffee) staff very friendly and professional. Note that we booked two rooms in anticipation of a working family member but had to cancel one after she got COVID. The hotel refused to provide a refund for the cancelled room AND we paid additional for an extended stay in the remaining room as we waited for a negative test while she quarantined in another location. Additionally, while the staff (mostly) observed COVID protocol, most of the guests did not.

We had a good stay at this hotel. Room was large, furniture abit dated and air con. Room also had a fridge. Clean rooms, staff were super friendly. Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to the historic centre. Breakfast was lovely also. Good value hotel with 24 hour reception. Only downside is the noisy plumbing every time someone uses the loo, the room next to it can hear it.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are very large and it is one of the few in the area with a 24h reception. The staff is extremely polite and professional both at the reception and at the bar. The cleaning personel is, however, not of the same level. They forgot to give us new towels/soaps and at the breakfast they rarely clean the tables from breadcrumbs, and are in general slow in cleaning up the tables. Also, at our arrival the room was not ready to use: the main light of the room was not working and all the other lights were unplugged, which made us think that the electricity was not working as none of the switchers was doing anything. The price is adequate, and staying there is worth it for the front office service and the great location.

We arrived at 1:30pm but weren’t able to check in until 3pm, we wandered around the city before getting back in a hot and sweaty state only to find that the central air conditioning did not cool the room and the room stank like a sewer. The gentleman at the reception said they were full so they couldn’t move us. Luckily our noses grew accustomed to the stench but our moods did not improve when we discovered that the fridge took hours to cool items and we could hear guests in the other rooms dragging furniture and flushing toilets very clearly through the walls. Two nights later the window blinds rolled up and would not come down. Our room faced a building on the opposite side of the road. This meant that with the light on the evening anyone in the building could see straight into the room. I reported this to the reception and was told it could not be fixed until the next day so we had no privacy that night. Breakfast is between 7-10am and offered buffet style. Rolls, croissants, pastries, ham, cheese, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, juice and coffee. No toaster and water for tea is lukewarm. Also if you go after 9 most of the pastries will be gone. The perks are that it’s close the central station, close to an airport shuttle bus stop and a short walk from the city centre.

I give those 4 stars for frendly reception and breakfast staff , thank you for everything you did for all of us . We've been 9 people , located on 5th floor . The rooms are very spacios and bright, air condition was working very good , clean linen and towels, confortable bed but they are 2twin and is a bit of chalenge for couples , minibar with soft drinks , but the room is very outdated , walls has to be painted , furniture changed because it looks old . The hotel is right in the city center , bus station 2 min to go everywhere , 24/7 store 2 min away , restaurants also close . Also breakfast was a bit challenge because I am that type witch like's salty things , and we did not had to chose : only croissants ( 6/7 types or more ) , jam (3/4 types) fruits , juice ( not fresh ) , tea , cereals , it was a big variety but only sweet things . Bad coffe 🙈 You have to do something ! Try to watch videos on youtube or something how to not burn an espresso and how to make the cream for capuccino 🙈 Anyway , It was a nice experience and also the reception staff helps us a lot with bus routes and places to go . Thank you everyone and we hope to see you again . Sorry for being a bit loud sometimes 🙈

The room we had was very spacious and quiet for the location which is just off the main street. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, full of variety. If you take the airport bus don't go as far as Central Station as the hotel is near the Gardini Inglesi stop into the city. The price we paid was excellent value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I was negligent on taking some photos but truthfully, this hotel is fine and our room was great. It was clean and spacious. We actually had a patio balcony with an extra little mattress so we took that outside and laid under the stars with some wine. The only thing missing was a fan. Oh it was hot. The location was great, however. Right across the cross the street is the bus stop that takes you straight to the beach. Tip, go to the 24 hour market and purchase your bus tickets for 2 euros each. When it is time to go to the airport, about a half a block away there is an early morning bus (like a greyhound) that takes you to the airport. The 24-hour market was just a few steps down from the hotel. If you walk around the buildings around 6 PM, you will see several restaurants ready for your patronage. It was a great stay.

The hotel itself is very old, with all the furnitures and items in the rooms, its true retro. That wouldnt be a problem, but everything is dirty, the pillow had some blood stains on and we could clearly hear the neigbour's whispering through the walls. The breakfast was low quality carbohidrate with low variability. A couple steps from the hotel there is a really fine bakery, I recommend a visit there, if you'd like to eat something nice.

DON'T go to this place: rooms are dirty, noisy and old. There are way better places in Palermo for a cheaper price! The shower door was broken and the complete floor was wet. I mentioned it several times to reception but no action taken from their side. Reception guy was very rude and raised his shoulders. Breakfast was poor and coffee was cold. Ham and cheese looked like it was out of the fridge for days. No friendly welcome, no greetings in the morning when walking past reception. The person behind reception really should not work in customer service. When I checked out there were hidden costs I had to pay extra. I do NOT recommend this hotel!!!!

The hotel really need renovation. When you enter the hall with rooms, it feels spocky. We were in room that is very close to the some building, no sun or any wiew. Big bathroom, clean also, but room really need update. Breakfast average, good sweets, you can ask for machine coffee. Very nice guy at breakfast and day recepcionist. When we ask for breakfast to go (because we are leaving at 4), night recepcionist refuse (I don't see why because they can give us some croasans and yogurt). Great location, just take bus 101 outside train station and take off at Libertta-Archamide and Here you are. Easy walking to the old town. Very nice part of town.
