We spent 5 nights in Hotel Concordia in Palermo.We want to thank you all the staff for our wonderfu stay in Palermo. All the staff is very nice, friendly and available for any questions you may have,always smiling and they support in every moment of your stay. The Hotel is small and cozy, situated in Via ROMA in the heart of PALERMO, and you can reach every place in 5/10 minutes walking. The Breakfast is very good and they always give you every days typical sicilian sweets. Our room was very big and confortable and very clean. It is a perfect small Hotel to visit Palermo and it is not too expensive. We hope to came back. GRAZIE A TUTTO LO STAFF PER LO SPLENDIDO SOGGIORNO. Luisa e Jose Carlos

Wonderful location in walking distance to the Marina, Teatro Massimo, Capo Market, across from Lido Market. Room had a nice big bed and a balcony, the receptionists were very sweet and helpful, the breakfast was nice with good coffee! We went on the anti-mafia tour which we found profoundly interesting, and on the Streaty food tour which was fun and tasty eating the local street food! The local restaurants were to die for, we didn’t have a bad meal!

This hotel was recommended in the Rick Steves tour book. I booked them through booking.com, trip advisors' partner. (As I did other hotels for my trip). The Concordia cancelled my reservation within days of my arrival; claiming something was wrong with my credit card. The credit card was saved in the booking.com system and no other hotel had a problem. When I called the Concordia, they were unwilling to work with me. I checked with my bank, I had no declined transactions. I can only conclude that this hotel is dishonest and unreliable.

Reserved and paid in advance for a room in Hotel Concordia on Booking.com 6 weeks in advance only to be informed on arrival that the room was not available. I was then told by a rather dismissive and unconcerned receptionist to either find another hotel or accept their alternative, a shared apartment down a back street.

I stayed for 2.nights. The lication is very convenient, near the city center, close to the train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the internet connection did not work and the television reception was quite poir.

B&B is on main street near central station. Pleasant and willing staff, able to advice. Rooms are sufficiently equipped, comfortable and clean, air conditioned, but little noisy due to window to street. Breakfast buffet not so rich, pastry with butter, jam and cheese or jogurt.

There is only one good thing - a great location. Personal and servis was so bad, very dark rooms, poor breakfast, very small windwos of the room.There window, but it overlooks a dark inner vent. The room is of questionable purity. The bathroom is horrible.

Within walking distance from the train station and airport bus terminal. Lidl supermarket is right in front of the hotel. It is listed as one star but the factilities valid for two. Many attractions are within walking distance. Adequate breakfast spread and friendly staff. I was given a spacious clean room at the back but there was an incessant humming sound from a bathroom air purifier. The staff willingly changed me to another room the next day. Unfortunately the mattress in both bedrooms were stiff (old fashioned spring type) which gave me a backache the day after.

This hotel is located on a whole floor of an old house with a beautiful ancient lift. The location is very convenient - close to the main train station (Palermo Centrale), as well as to the city centre. I had a single room facing towards the roofs of the city and hills around. The view was amazing. The room was en suite - very clean and the bed was also comfortable. The receptionists and the staff preparing the breakfast were very helpful - it seemed to be a family run business. The breakfast was a choice from continental items, good enough for a morning start. Should I visit Palermo in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to go for this accommodation again. Superb.

Very good location , right near main station and a short walk to most of the main streets and attractions. Breakfast is basic and not much on offer if you don't eat sweet food. My room was sufficient , as I just needed a bed and a bathroom, neither of which I can complain about. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and had a lot of suggestions for public transport and sightseeing options.
