We stayed here in October for two nights. We arrived at around 9 pm and a very nice lady who was working at the restaurant across from the B&B provided us with the key and some information. Our room faced the piazza and it is quite loud until 11 pm which is when the restaurants close. The next morning the...

We retrieved the key from the very personable host at the restaurant in front of the hotel. We parked our car in the piazza out back and yes, we paid 5 Euros a day to an 'attendant' who patrolled this plot of land. These entrepreneurs are everywhere in Palermo. There are free parking spots close to the waterfront but still,...

There was problems with lighting in bathroom. Find some black hair in bathroom and bedclothes. At night EXTREMELY noisy, because of bars and restaurants around. And I could not believe it - at the time of breakfast (8:00) there was no breakfast! There was nothing on tables and nobody around! We left this place very disappointed (at 8:15) and there...

Nice place to stay with a good location in the charming part of Palermo with narrow winding streets. Friendly staff, the room was ok, although we expected to have larger balcony. Checked in late in the evening, found the staff in the restaurant next door to the hotel.

great location, comfortable, clean, great price. The staff aren't always around, so you may need to go into the kitchen next door to let them know once you have arrived! For drinks (bottled water), there is a supermarket around the corner, as there is a fridge in the room but it is empty.

I arrived at 4pm to the street door locked and no one would answer the bell. I waited and waited. I had the phone number but my phone doesn't work in Italy. Finally staff from the restaurant across the street came over, reached into the mail box and handed me keys. Why didn't the hotel tell me that's how I...

Well located, well equipped, clean, fast wifi internet with an excellent and friendly service The only negative side is that the location is quite noisy as there are bars and restaurants right under your windows. Therefore if you are looking for a quiet place you should look for something else.

We stayed here two nights in Maestrala, a room facing the Garibaldi Public Gardens and enjoyed it. The room, including the bathroom was very spacious, quiet, had a view of the Gardens and the huge ficus treees. The served breakfast was good and served by a charming Cuban immigrant. Because we enjoyed this stay so much on our return pass...

Not their fault but the hotel is right on the main road along the port. I have rarely been to such a noisy place and through the window you see only cars all day long. Depressing All the rest was OK.
