The place of the hotel is very good. Near good restaurants and duomo. The rooms are big. Our room had a bad smell. When we told it, they showed us two another room. The hotel is near sea. The hotel looks like three star
This is an example of where TripAdvisor needs to adjust its criteria. It would be unfair to grade this hotel as 'average' but neither does it probably deserve a 'very good' rating.

The only parking option is valet parking for EUR 20 a day. It's very convenient as you can drive to the hotel and just drop the key... but of course it's expensive. I would discourage you from parking in the street as this requires a resident's permit. The best cost-effective option is to use the large car park situated on the left as you drive on to Ortigia island. From there it's a 15 minute walk to the hotel.
