We hired a private driver and they took care of the entrance fees (if there were any) for Mt. Etna. I would think the hotel could set you up with a car and driver. You also can probably find one right across the street on the lovely square outside the hotel. Everyone's very friendly and casual, there are many possible places to get recommendations.
