The wonderful view out to sea captivates as soon as you enter the B&B. Our room was very comfortable and it was wonderful hearing the waves at night or sitting out on the balcony watching them come in. You can get to the sea from the bottom floor and shoes are provided to get over the rocks to swim. Watching...

From the moment we walked in the front door and saw the splendid view and comfortable living room, I was captivated. The property is quiet, clean and gorgeously appointed. Our window looked out right onto the water--I could not stop taking photos! Sabrina was very attentive and friendly, offering whatever information, advice, reservations, etc. that we asked for regarding parking,...

We stayed two nights and had a lovely time. The rooms are super spacious and breath taking views of the sea. We visited in low season and it was still excellent. Parking is limited but available if you request at the time of booking. A short walk, 15-20 minutes from the old town. Breakfast also very good, I'd come again...

This is a nice B&B in Syracusa; very warm and welcoming with a nice lobby/lounge at your disposal! The rooms are clean and have exactly what you will need. You will feel well taken care of here, with good recommendations for where to eat etc and you will have a splendid breakfast. Also, it is nice and quiet, except for...

Sabrina is so friendly, helpful and welcomes you to her home tucked away with the most wonderful views from this cliff side hotel. We stayed for a wonderful week, ate lovely breakfasts sat in the sunshine on the balcony. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, the air con worked and we had our own private sun lounge...

Great location overlooking sea (unfortunately for 3 days we were there it was too rough to swim). Very welcoming owner and great staff, good breakfast and large bedroom and bathroom. No faults - would recommend! Walk into Ortigia is OK, allow 30 mins to middle of island. It would have been easier on the no. 3 bus which should pass...

For those looking for a relaxed, welcoming, comfortable, and well-priced and well-located bed and breakfast in Siracusa, you would be hard-pressed to find better than Giuggiulena. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at ease. We arrived by bicycle after a long day, and Sabrina immediately made sure we had water, secure places to put our bikes...

We stayed here for four nights. The location is handy (you can walk to Ortigia island in about 20 minutes, but can park outside in the street for free - so if you're travelling around Southern Sicily it's a great base). The bonus is the sea is down a dozen steps from your bedroom, so a dip before breakfast is...

This property is in a stunning location right on the edge of the sea which laps the rocks below. The welcome is good and the whole house is light, bright and clean with a light breeze blowing in from the sea where the sunrise is something to behold. It is a b and b and not a hotel so the...

The room was completely fantastic, and the view was amazing. Sabrina and all the staff were great and kind. You can go to swim and snorkeling directly from the basement of the building. We will definitely visit again for sure. Thank you Sabrina.!! ;))

Clung to the sedimentary rock from which it's named after: "Giuggiulena" the building is almost a place set apart, a secret place, a shelter of serenity and natural beauty overlooking the sea accompanied by the waves and the moon. The sight goes up to the big harbour's creek and Ortigia, from where is just 15 minute walk. The love we feel for this place and our guests naturally makes us pay attention and extra care to every single detail in order to offer them joyful days and unforgettable nights. ... more   less
