This was an amazing resort. The staff very friendly and helpful both at the front desk and the server in the restaurant. The breakfast was out of this world - hot egg options and lots of fruit, pastries and other options. We will come back here again for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Spent the night here for my wife’s birthday. The spa experience was phenomenal. Cannot recommend more. The food was perfect and the lodgings were luxurious. Probably one of the best days I have ever had in Sicily. While we did this as a couples getaway for the weekend, would have definitely been a great experience for the whole family, the children’s place area and spacious suites would be ideal for the family. Is probably a very popular place in the summer with multiple swimming pools, playgrounds, and beach like accommodations. Will be going back at the earliest opportunity!

Wonderful experience, the hotel is an oasis of comfort. Our two year old daughter loved the jacuzzi on the terrace of our room, as well as the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. All was perfectly clean, comfortable, and elegant. Super friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated everyone but biggest thanks go to Santino, Sebastiano and Giuseppe. You are great! We will definitely come back.

We stayed here for one week, it is a lovely place, with a great pool, amazing spa, and wonderful staff. The one member of the team who could not do enough for us was Sebastian what an asset he is to this hotel. On our first evening we decided to eat at the hotel and were not impressed with the food at all, a mushed-up prawn starter was tiny over-decorated and tasted off, Octopus teeny tiny portion, and pasta was a bowl of stodge! We did let the waiter know about the 'off' prawn and it was removed from the bill but overall the food was not good and we never ate there again during our stay. The chef was friendly enough but clearly needs to be reined in and get the food back to basic, tasty rustic Sicilian was a shame the best part of our meal was the delicious small loaf of bread and olive oil. Items in the mini bar were overpriced 3 euros for water 3 euros for a small bag of crisps but as a captured audience thats what they can charge I guess? a little miffed that the only English-speaking channel was CNN other nationalities were catered for but we made do with Netflix on our phones. The free shuttle service to beaches and the town of Ortigia was a very nice touch as cabs were very expensive at least 30 euros each way Overall we did really like this place and would stay again maybe not for so long next time.…

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Super clean, super friendly staff and beautiful pool and sun bathing area !! Breakfast also great with a wide variety of food and beverages. Highly recommended. They also have great amenities for the children with water slide and kids play area both outdoor and indoor.

Everything was great. The staff is super nice and welcoming. Suitable for family with kids since they have a pool with slide. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back. The adults pool is well kept and the water is clean. The bar service is available till 1830 :)

We have just returned home after a fabulous 4-day stay at the Principe di Fitalia Wellness & Spa Resort. I must say that everything was excellent… pool and its surrounding areas, bathrooms, guest's rooms, cleanliness all around the entire premises not just the rooms, the service, the breakfast!, the food especially that divine homemade pasta, the general environment, all amenities, the cheerful staff, etc.. in few words, whatever they promote you actually experience it at such a beautiful resort. All the staff are very kind, nice and helpful, ready to assist you at any time and not just, even the charming Owner is also there going out of her way to make your stay more an extraordinary one. I can only praise all the team for these beautiful 4 days spent last week! Keep it up and Congratulations – Everyone was delighted! You will definitely see us once again. Dieci su dieci 😊 !! We stayed in Principe de Fitalia for 4 days in august for our no-kids holiday and we absolutely loved it. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating and offered us room upgrade. The rooms are extremely comfortable with large beds and closets, modern bathrooms, free mini-bar and an outside sauna/jacuzzi area. It was also very quiet and serene, which helped us get good sleep. The pool is great and there were some games around it to entertain the guests (volleyball, archery etc). We came when it was very hot so we had to adjust our plans to stay by the see/pool during the day light. While the hotel doesn’t have its own beach, they organise a free shuttle to the near by sandy beech, which only takes 5 minutes abs is available in demand. Yes you will have to pay extra for the sunbeds and umbrellas but it’s totally worth it and I highly recommend it. All in, much above our expectations and I would highly recommend this hotel.…
