Although the general atmosphere of the hotel is couple oriented but you can also enjoy it on a business trip. Best authentic breakfast you can ever have. Friendliest staff, you feel at home from the first step in with the smiles you see all around. On a radius of 50km from Cortona, I wouldn't choose any other place to stay...

I had seen the Villa Marsili pics online and esp of the fabulous breakfast. We stayed here, rooms are nice (quaint) and individual, overlooking the street or little sitting area outside. Clean and well furnished. HOWEVER, when it came time for that fab breakfast, it was a HUGE disappointment. We arrived about 45 min before the end time and the...

This is a special place; my dream is to return again. We were so lucky to have been recommended this place for oir first trip to Tuscany. The location is ideal, just outside of where the walls of Corona begin. Everything on town easily walkable from here. The rooms made us feel like royalty; large and graciously appointed. The the...

My husband and I stayed one night at Villa Marsili as part of a tour package. What a lovely place! The location just at the edge of Cortona makes it convenient to visit this lovely town and also provides the loveliest views of the surrounding countryside. The owner and staff are warm and hospitable. The rooms are decorated with whimsy...

This charming hotel is perfectly located to visit Cortona by foot. The atmosphere is wonderful as the staff makes you feel at home. The rooms are very cosy and well equipped. If the staff and rooms are excellent, the breakfast is even better! This place really worth it! I'll recommend it 300%

We loved our 4 nights at Villa Marsili. The front desk staff was exceptional at our daily trip/walk planning. Buffet breakfast over the top and lovely little appetizers at happy hour too. A few minor drawbacks. The hotel sits at the corner of a main road into Cortona and a road that goes around Cortona which makes for a rather...

Cortona is a very pretty city and this hotel is a lovely place to stay. The hotel is lovely, with a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The hotel is withing the historic centre. However, one still needs to walk uphill to get to the old centre.

Hotel Villa Marsili, located some 3 minutes walking from the main square of Cortona, was an exceptional experience for me and my wife during our trip in Tuscany. Immediately after our late arrival we were offered a welcome drink and because the hotel was not fully booked up our room was upgraded to a higher standard. The room was big...

An easy walk to many restaurants and shops! Also a a great central location to stay to see southern Tuscany. Our second time visiting Tuscany and this was so central to stay...

We have come back to this beautiful little hotel in Cortona many times as each time our stay here is simply perfect. We use this hotel as a convenient place from which to explore the countryside and the many small villages in Tuscany. The hotel is impeccably decorated with unique and striking furniture pieces, beautiful fabrics and lush carpets. Staying...
