In a very beautiful landscape this old house is owned by Andrea and his family. He cares about everything you need: good breakfast, Reservation of the best restaurants, recommandations for what to do at Tuscany and Umbria. Very nice and 10 Points for everything...

I am not sure the closest train station. Maybe Arezzo which is 45 min. away. We had a car. You could go Milan to Florence the on to Arezzo.
