This has been one of the worst experiences ever of my traveling life. I booked thru Travelocity and called the hotel the same day just to confirm that the room that I got was going to be as big as the one I saw on the website (30 square meters). The guy on the phone replied: "All rooms are that...

Dear Anthony, We are very sorry for any sort of problem you found in our hotel. Unfortunately, during that period we probably had issues that forced us to move some guest to the other place: the choice was pretty casual and our intention was not to give you a so bad service. The only way to compensate the price difference...

This place is meant to long stay executives, but they allow anyone to stay. Clean, safe, quiet. Not close to main tourist attractions and a bit of a walk to everything. This place does not have a check in desk. You have to go to the select hotel about a half block down across the road to check in and...

I rented this for myself and my sister. The one bedroom loft was unique to any hotel stay. It was meant for extended stay executives but I was delisted to stay there. It was on a easy to find street, but still quiet. It was in the back of a building with a lock to enter. I felt very safe,...

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. We've stayed in plenty of "OK" hotels and this qualifies as that. It was quiet and the room was clean. That said, it's about a 20 minute walk into central Florence or you can take a nearby bus. We did not mind the walk, but this is not "close". The staff...

Dear Parris5732, Thanks for your review. Just a question: did you try to ask the reception for the problems found during your stay? We remember you that our front desk works 24h a day, and we are always available to fix any kind of issue (Ex: We have free wi-fi a the Select Executive, you could ask us to restore...

My husband and I stayed in the Residences across the street and we were impressed with the size of the room - it was massive compared to other places we've stayed. The room was nice a quiet and little off the beaten path but still in a nice neighbourhood. The room had a small kitchenette you could pay extra to...

While the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful (for the most part), the room 512 is essentially a basement and warmed up way too much without the heater on. When we asked the staff how to get the AC on, they said it doesn't turn on in winter, and that we should open the window. We...

We arrived and checked in but the rooms was across the street! The room has a decent size bit the second u walk in, the smell of mole is noticeable! Not properly cleaned, dusty furniture weird stains everywhere and to top it off the heater didn't work! Notified the reception and they just gave us a blanket!! Worst experience!

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a bit strange hotel. We stayed across the street in Residences. We had a room on the first floor in the courtyard. It was clean and spacious but there was no wifi reception. It was a bit far from the city centre but bus #22 took you directly there. It is in...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We got a good deal but weren't expecting a lot from this hotel. It’s defiantly a 3 star not a 4star; I was expecting a little better considering it was a Best Western hotel. We were in the building across the road which consisted of apartment style rooms. First apartment was...

We stayed on a block crossing the street, we first got an awful room smelling mold, a friendly attendant changed us room in the next day. The hotel is some 20min walk to the main attractions. Friendly staff, rooms much simpler than what's shown in the pics. Confy queen bed.

Thank Elison L
