quite simply perfect - there is no better recommendation - very good idea to have breakfast in the local cafe so that you get to know the local people and life - nice traditional furnishing so it doesn't look like you could be in Barcelona or Prague or Miami - stunning building - great neighbours interesting ships galleries and restaurants...

room was big, with wooden floor and high cealing, bathroom was not big but clean and functional. It is possible to prepare a meal , there is also a refregerator, microwave you can also use a dining room, a garden... the hotel is across the bridge over Arno from luxury shopping streets, about 200 m from Uffizi. We will certainly...

Truly helpful staff, great location, and large full service rooms. The ONLY complaint was struggles with Wi-Fi. For a foreign traveler this is important, but it wouldn't keep me from going back. The location is great, and the price was right.

We came in the middle of November for a weekend to Florence and decided to stay at a place which has a certain Florentine flavor and is situated a walking distance from everything that is to be seen in the old town. That is why we chose for Residenza d'Epoca, a stylish boutique residence which would definitely make you experience...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your nice review, we are so happy you appreciated the Residenza’s atmosphere! We are really sorry that the bed was uncomfortable. Very polite staff, and a place you can stay for as long as you want. Confortable and large beds, laundry in the bathroom, cozy courtyard, excellent location. Very quiet , super clean. Claudia couldn't be more considerate. One of the best places to be in Florence, great value for everything it offers. Can't wait to go back.

Ideal location for a short stay in Florence, just South of the Arno - not far from any of the sights/galleries and with a great choice of local restaurants but quieter than the main tourist areas. Beautiful accommodation - clean, comfortable and fairly well equipped. (The hidden kitchen in the wardrobe was a bonus but slightly difficult to access without...

This hotel is an oasis of calm behind tall iron doors that block out much of the sounds of the busy city. The staff were extremely helpful, especially in phoning car rental agencies and recommending restaurants. Our room was quiet, private and peaceful. What more could you want?

We stayed in Florence for 2 nights with our toddler. From booking to check out, Claudia and team were perfect! Location is amazing - room was clean and cute - they provided a cot for our baby and great toiletries. It felt like we were in someone's home - a bit more private and less hotel-like but with all comforts...

Lovely large room with a loft for the parents. The kids slept downstairs on foldaway beds. Small kitchen with oven, stove and fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities. Great location on the south side of the River Arno just down from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Breakfast at a local cafe included. Lovely.

My wife and I stayed at this location and loved it. It is not a traditional hotel which I though made it nice. I felt like I was coming home at the end of a day and night of site seeing and partying. The location is in the part of the city you want to be in. It is literally...
