Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Absolutely wonderful view of the city. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was terrible -- coffee was bitter and undrinkable and when I poured some orange juice from the sealed container, there was a small fly in it. Wish I had read the other reviews which recommended a nearby cafe. Beds were not very comfortable. Close...

Me and my boyfriend travelled by train through Italy. So we wanted a hotel near the trainstation but also near the city center of Florence. I am glad we found Hotel Bellavista! The location was perfect for our requirements. The room was cozy but worn out. This was mostly visible in the bathroom. The staff is super helpful and the...

Room was small, but ok. When we came there, the service was excellent. Also got a guidance how to see the city. Breakfast wasn't very good, but worth the 5 euros anyway. Best part was the roof terrace in the evening, where you can enjoy your own wine or buy from the reception. View to the Dome is exceptional

The best feature of the Bellavista is the location near the Santa Maria Novella (Main) railway station on the fifth floor of a building. Some rooms as well as the small rooftop terrace offer views of the Duomo, Campanile and Cappelle Medicee. The rooms are simple, but basically what you'd expect from a two star hotel. Our double room was...

In terms of location, it was perfect. Cross the street and you are at the main Train Station. And it was walking distance from all our tour starting points and places of interest. It is small, but very clean, gorgeous views over the city, good wi-fi connectivity. Very friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast. Only thing to keep in mind...

This was a great location, very close to Terravision bus terminal and easy to find. On arrival we were greeted by a very helpful, welcoming young man Andrea I think was his name? who provided a map and circled all places of interest and advised best places to eat in the area. When shown the room, it had the most fantastic...

Located right near the train station and Duomo, this place was just what we were looking for. It's small but cute and the owner is super nice. Clean rooms and great service, stayed there for one night after booking on Easter weekend.
