The location of Palazzo Lombardo is a short distance from downtown Florence and SMN station though easy to reach by a frequent bus service. The Palazzo is a fine building with attractive traditional furnishing and is very clean. The room was spacious and clean. The negative factors were 1.Check-in was to suit the reception rather than the guests who have...

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. They were very Friendly and Helpful. Its Clean and secure and all staff are very welcoming. Its located near the train station and in a quiet area but the bus is only a few minutes away to go into the center. We had a lovely stay there and would recommend this hotel to...

buon giorno a tutti, we love the place and have stayed there before. The impressive building is away from the touristic hustle but the City Center can conveniently be reached by public Transport. There are nice Restaurants nearby (e.g. 11 Leoni, Viale Fanti), or one of the best Bars/Gelateria/Cafés in town, Badiani at Viale Mille. The Hotel owners have outsourced...

Very nice and special place to stay. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious with very artistic decor. You have to make sure to inform them with your arrival time, as it is a guest house and they might not be inside if you arrive late.

Just only 10 minutes by bus from the city centre palazzo Lombardo provides very good accommodation with helpful stuff to anyone who wishes to stay in a b@b lodging of typical italian palazzo character. Palazzo Lombardo provides spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, recently renovated, at very good prices. Anastasia @ Mihalis stayed in the hotel on 15-19 April 2014

Location near stadium but close to main bus and station services. Rooms are quite big and comfortable, with all you need inside. Atmosphere is nice and room's design is simple but all elements match together very well, bringing you into Florence mood.

We stayed for two nights. The staff were very helpful and it was clean and tidy. The decor was quite cool with interesting furniture etc. The breakfast was nice, we just had croissants, coffee, and juice. The only down points would be the wireless didn't reach our room, and the was a little on the hard side. Overall a good...

Positive points on this place are that it was exceptionally clean, rooms were decorated in traditional Florence furniture. Breakfast was lovely (simple but fresh) and the location was great (20-25 minute walk) to the Dome or 1 train stop away. Also only about 15 Euro to the train by taxi. Average points are the service was average, polite but not...

We really enjoyed our four night stay. The room was large, clean, and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was also large and clean, with a tub/shower. The staff were very attentive, and helped serve us breakfast every morning. The location was decent, and it was a brief bus ride to the town center, with a bus stop just steps away from...
