We stayed here twice this Easter and enjoyed it so much. The staff is so nice and does everything to make your stay a happy one. We liked the rooms a lot, they are very practical. The breakfast is great and so is the dinner. Sitting at the terrace, where they serve so many nice dishes, the view over Florence...

We traveled to Italy with our best friends who selected this incredible property for part of our stay near Florence. From the moment we arrived we were mesmerized by the breathtaking views. The staff warmly greeted us with a delicious glass of Prosecco and from the moment we stepped inside we were transformed into a different era. The villa is...

We went there for an evening appetizer and it was wonderful! The garden and the view are really amazing. The staff is very nice and the food too! 20€ in taxi from the Duomo area. I really recommend this place.

We will return! A wonderful boutique hotel perched above the city with a sweeping view, yet easily accessible via a short, complementary shuttle ride to and from downtown. Cocktails on the veranda prior to dinner in the library was the perfect way to spend our first evening in Italy. The bedroom and bathroom suite ensured a relaxing and luxurious respite;...

Enjoyed our first wedding anniversary here. Incredible views and lovely grounds. Food and drink overpriced (in particular the cocktails and supper menus). Service at breakfast was often quite slow and the rooms / common parts had the odd area where touch ups were required, in light of the prices charged. The service around the pool area was exceptional. We were...

This place is gorgeous! You feel like it's your private residence... if you were really rich and loved mahogany. The bathrooms alone are incredible. The views are outstanding. Fling your windows open and overlook all of Florence. The food is only OK and a bit pricey, but it's convenient and the grounds of the property are great. Pool is also...

Il Salviatino is beautiful hill side Villa, nestled in the Tuscan hills of Fiesole over looking the city of Florence. The location gives you a stunning view of the city of Florence and it was great way to end our stay in Florence having stayed in the city for 3 nights prior. We stayed here for 2 nights and found...

My wife and I spent a couple nights at il Salviatino during our six night stay in Florence. We absolutely loved our time there and regretted not spending the entire time at this hotel (but we had also wanted a city experience). This hotel has an amazing atmosphere - I loved the idea of staying a centuries old mansion in...

Travelled as a couple for a romantic 3 night break at this stunning hotel. Was a bit nervous having read mixed reviews but didn't need to be. The hotel building is absolutely stunning as you head up the long drive towards it. We had emailed in advance to let them know it was a special birthday trip and we were...

Excellent place with amazing view on Florence! Shuttle service provided by the hotel to Duomo and back every hour , the ride is just 15 min. If you miss it , taxi takes you from the centre for around 20 euro. Excellent breakfast slightly different every day depending on chef's inspiration. Very friendly and attentive stuff. The only negative point...
