We stayed in Florence for 2 nights. The first night, there was an issue with our booking ( with no fault of the hotel owner); by the time we got there for check-in at 10:00 Pm, the guest house was completely full. But the lady who owns this guest house and her son were super helpful. They helped us find... More

This guesthouse is small, only a few rooms, but very clean and well cared for. The owner, a very kind lady, is helpfull and provides a nice breakfast in the morning. The accomodation is located in the city center, only a few minutes walk from the tourist attractions. For this price you will not find a better place to stay!... More

We only stayed one night but it was fantastic. The Guest House is 5 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from L'Accademia, and 10 minutes from the city center. The rooms are not huge, but not tiny, breakfast was terrific, the service was great, the price was great, and we were able to leave bags to pick up later... More

We stayed here for three nights during our Italy vacation and overall we liked it. This place is not a hotel but european-style B&B so adjust your expectations accordingly. Location is good, walking distance from train station and major tourist attractions. Our room was facing the street (via Nazionale) and it was quite noisy, sometimes even during the night. Breakfast... More

I was here on April 2013 along with friends, there were 5 of us. We came too early that the staff had not cleaned the room which intended for us. We had to wait a couple of minutes then voila, our room was ready. It's quite spacious with 5 beds. The room interior was a bit ethnic if I could... More

I was here in April 2014 with my husband and we thought the guesthouse was great! The breakfast was amazing (lots of food!), the room was clean and a good size (yes the shower stall is very small but manageable), lots of light in the room because of the huge window, we absolutely loved it and would stay here again!... We were happy enough with this place. Its more for travellers though, than for tourists. Lol. You get a bedroom and a small bathroom in a one-floor facility. No breakfast, no amenities (well, wifi was free), but clean and run by good, honest people. And, good location.

The room we had was large, the bathroom was a little awkward but manageable. Room was fairly clean, although everything in the room was dark - perhaps lighter color bedding would brighten the rooms. Host was a nice man, didn't speak much English but catered to us even though he had this policy that he'd shut off the air conditioning... More

Super close and very easy walk from train station. Entry is one flight up from very plain door - just buzz and wonderful Mohammad will guide you through. Very secure three key system for entry. Centrally located, market around corner - great coffee! great prices there. you can shop for leather all day. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is large, but... More
