This b&b is very nice, clean and confortable. 10 minutes walking from Florence city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean, full furnished. There is a nice terrace where in summertime you can have a perfect and delicious breakfast. The owners are really nice and kind.

We've just finished out second stay at the Piccolo Príncipe (first visited in 2011 ). Ilaria and Ricardo are the warmest and most accommodating hosts. Like our first visit, they attended to every detail and did the utmost to make our stay comfortable and very memorable for us and our two teenagers. Breakfast included homemade cakes and pastries. The rooms...

This b&b was amazing! Great recommendations for dining in the area and help with local transportation by the hosts. Excellent rooms and great fresh breakfast on the terrace. Would stay here again the next time I'm in Florence!

We spent 4 nights in Piccolo Principe B&B and the experiences was excellent. Ricardo and IIaria found out we were on our honeymoon and offered us a cheese and wine afternoon tea as honeymoon guests, we had lovely afternoon chatting with them and had lovely wine and cheese. We love seeing their interactions and sense of humour. They even bought...

The B&B itself is nice enough and is owned by a husband and wife couple. The husband in particular was very helpful, offering suggestions of places to eat and providing directions to different places but ultimately I would not recommend this place unless you have a car and need parking. The bus stop is near by but it is not...

The B&B was terrific. Our room was much larger than expected. I pictures only showed the queen bed but there were spiral step leading to another level two extra twin beds. One of the nicest places we stayed during our time in Italy. Even though we did not interact with the staff of the B&B very much, they were beyond...

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great room & location. Breakfast is delicious. Very affordable. Happy hosts only too glad to assist & advise on local sights. Be aware that there are stairs to climb if you have a lot of luggage. Try to get a room close to the breakfast area as the WiFi is strongest around there.

After spending 3 nights in this B&B , we have nothing but excellent things to say . To start with, Ricardo and Ilaria are kind and helpful . They recommended us with many options/ restaurants in town. The B&B is just 15 min walk from the main city attractions. We travelled with a car so it was convenient that the...

We stayed in the triple suite for 2 nights, the room was extremely cosy and spotless clean with 2 air cons. There is a double bed downstairs and then, you need to walk up a few winding stairs to get to the single bed and bathroom. They serve a lovely breakfast in the morning with freshly baked homemade cakes and...

A very high standard B&B 15 minutes walk from the old town. Our room was lovely - very big, light, well-equipped, with a nice bathroom. The owners were incredibly helpful, full of advice about the city, including where to go and where to eat out. Breakfast was amazing - fresh home-made cakes every day! Make sure you try the musical...
