Very helpful and friendly staff! Clean rooms and bathroom. Individually controlled airconditioning which was great. Rooms were small but typical of Europe- homey and one gets to feel very comfortable and relaxed which is what any traveler would look for after a long and tiring trip! Breakfast was good and coffee great - recommend their expresso!! Entrance to hotel very...

From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel welcome. Paolo, Carla, his mother and Pierre make every effort to ensure that your requests are fulfilled; from making reservations at the museums or restaurants to having your laundry done quickly. This was the third time we have stayed at this wonderful hotel. The internet is free, the breakfast is excellent,...

Once we were moved to a more quiet room (which they did very happily), it was a nice place. They made Uffizi and Accademia reservations for us and gave us restaurant suggestions -- all very helpful. The in-room wifi was great. The shower (in a bath tub with no curtain or anything to keep the water in) was less than...

Last year I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Hotel Casci with my youngest daughter, and this year I returned with her older sister. Once again, we had a terrific time. Our room was clean and quiet. The owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It was great to have easy, free access to a computer. The location in...

From the time we commenced our emails in regard to our booking til the time we left the Hotel the staff couldn't do enough for us. It's in a great location in Florence and we really liked the bar/cafe sitting area where the internet PC was. A place for a quiet drink or coffee after a busy day sightseeing. The...

Hotel Casci is in the center of Florence which makes it convenient to walk everywhere. Our quiet room was clean and neat and had a nice view of the garden from the window you could open to get some fresh air. The bathroom was quite narrow but had a decent size shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast...

About 2-3 blocks from the centre Duomo and the marketplace. Clean and well-run. It was nice to have use of a computer. Recommendations for a restaurant proved excellent with the hostess phoning to ensure all went well. The breakfast was the best in the 19 days travelling Italy.

This hotel is in walking distance from the main train station, right in the center of the old city. The Rooms are well maintained and furbished. We had a room at the back of the hotel it was so private and eventhough it overlooked the street, we never heard a sound. The staff could not me any more kind or...

This a very Italian hotel. It is family owned , impeccable and service oriented. Everything about it is good, the direct reservation was excellent and they offer 10 off for paying cash which is not unusual in small hotelsñ I interchanged several mails with Paolo, who happened to be one of the owners, each time he responded with a wealth...

Returning to Italy for the fifth time in 15 years, I have to say that the family and staff at Hotel Casci in Florence is the best place to stay. I stayed there two years ago and when I returned last month, the owner, Carla, her son Paolo, and PietroPaolo welcomed my friends and me with open arms! Their hotel...
