You wouldn't know it from the exterior, but this hotel is very inviting. The Lombardi family is extremely hospitable. WIFI; refrigerator; safe. Great location.

This small hotel located on the second floor of a busy commercial street is a hidden gem. The rooms and service are excellent and the location superb for sightseeing. This is a family owned business that obviously takes great pride in being gracious and helpful hosts. We will definitely return here again.

We stayed in the Hotel Casci for 4 days in February. I would echo what I read on Trip Advisor before I booked. The location for the price can't be beat in Florence. The place is spotless. The hoteliers are helpful and welcoming. I would stay here again before I booked anything fancier and more expensive!

I stayed for two nights in a single room and had a great stay. I would not advise a large or tall traveller choose a single room as I think this was the smallest room I have ever stayed in in my life, complete with fold-down toilet. However, like most tourists, I was only in the room at night, so...

I had reserved a double room with twin beds and was given a quad. The room and bathroom were spacious. The television in the room had 3 channels in english,...

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good each morning and the little bar area was welcoming. Rooms have everything you need. An ideal base when staying in Florence at a good price.

This was my first trip to Florence and my friends & I could not have picked a more perfect hotel to stay at. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast had a very good variety of items. I would definitely stay here again.

This family run hotel is centrally located to all the major attractions of Firenze. The staff is incredibly helpful whether you need gluten free breakfast food, reservations for a hotel in another city, or just good advice regarding your travels in the area. The breakfast is plentiful with hot and cold choices, fresh eggs and pastry, and coffee (cappuccino, cafe...
