Took this trip with my wife and parents. We couldn't have been happier. After a long days in the city with all of the hustle and bustle it was nice to retreat back to the peace and quiet of Torre Di Bellosguardo. Very convenient cab ride and my wife and I also made the walk to the city down the...

Another two days in this beautiful oasis of peace and tranquility. All the reviews by other similarly smitten reviewers are testament to the fact that this is a really very special place to which it is virtually guaranteed that you will wish to return again, as do so many guests from all over the world.

Thank you so much for writing such a glowing review. We truly appreciate it, especially the thought that as long as we are alive you...

Bellesguardo has it in spades! As we arrived our taxi driver exclaimed,"the finest view in Florence" ! I agree, every time I return to Bellesguardo , and walk through the open massive doors I step into a house of magical ancient authenticity. Remove the tiny reception desk, and one could be a Florentine noble returning home with his lady. I just...

DEAR Guest, You really put us in a difficult spot! How to reply to such enthusiasm? The most important thing is that you made the most of your stay here and thoroughly enjoyed yourself. From now on YOU are the nobleman entering with your lady. Come back soon so we can treat you like a king! Infinite, infinite thanks for...

The photos and even the enthusiastic reviews of this place don't do it justice. It's remarkably beautiful, from the historic interiors, to the view over Florence, the gardens, the walk through the olive grove into town... There's a calming serenity despite it being only a 15-20 minute walk down the winding roads or the farm into town. The staff were...

Dear Guest, How wonderful that you so enjoyed your stay here. Thank you for the mention of our famous Bomba cocktail which we invented 60 years ago. We hope you will return again and relax in Bellosguardo's peace. Thank you.

My wife and I recently stayed at Bellosguardo and were totally mesmerized by the beauty of it all. The drive up begins the wonderful journey, winding up the hill with little glimpses of the mid-evil tower above. Once you plateau the entire city of Florence is welcoming you. We changed out plans as soon as we arrived to just relax...

Dear Guest, What a lovely review you wrote! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Obviously you are a romantic. So is the soul of Bellosguardo. No surprise therefore that it turned out to be a perfect match. In such a hectic world there exist at least a few pockets of peace and serenity. Do, do return soon so...

It's view over Firenze is breathtaking. If you like regular hotes this is not the place for you... Here you feel like living in a castle with huge spaces and rooms. We had the corner room number 6 with a marvelous view over Florence. The room had a library in the living room, a small but with all the comfort...

I stayed at Bellosguardo many years ago, but had forgotten how truly beautiful this palazzo on a hill above Florence is. The rooms are marvelous with fantastic detail and wonderful art. Room #6 has an especially wonderful view from an upper floor. #1 is large with huge windows looking out on the garden. Roses and iris were blooming in late...

This place is an incredible place in Florence, outside the noise and the big crowds that are around downtown. I had been in this city about three times and it´s the first time that l stay in this place. Definitely a place to spent time in there. Dear Guest, Thank you for your most appreciative review. We are glad that you enjoyed Torre di Bellosguardo and had a pleasant stay. We are a small hotel set in a listed historical building as you well noticed. The policy and rules about these kind of buildings in Italy are very complex and extremely severe. Therefore having a restaurant with...

Incredible view over the city and astonishing renaissance palazzo . It's like living in a museum... Each room is different and you find a lot of beautiful things and details all over the building (like an original 19th century Erard piano in the music room!) as well as in the gardens.
