I really enjoyed this property - you can't beat the location, as you can easily walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, and the shops and markets. I booked this property initially due to its close proximity (two blocks) from the San Maria Novella train station, and was very pleased to find how close it was to many of the...

Great value hotel in a good location just around the corner from Firenze S.M.N. train station and within walking distance of most of the major tourist attractions. We booked a family room and got 2 rooms with an adjoining door which was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were courteous and helpful. The restaurant downstairs did...

I spent five nights here in late August and thoroughly enjoyed it. While some of the staff members were quite curt, they were all professional and were able to help us with making reservations and navigating the city. The rooms were clean and well maintained, although the restaurant area was a bit on the warm side. Additionally, the lack of...

With the heat and crowds of Firenze in August we expected a reception somewhat like other hotels we had stayed at in Italy, staff overwrought etc. How pleasantly wrong were our fears. This establishment had some of the most helpful, friendly and informative staff we have ever encountered. The waiting staff and the reception staff made this an absolute delight....

We were received by very friendly front staff. Our room was clean ,spacious, dark ,quiet and very cool. I was very pleased that this hotel has a powerful a/c, because we got hit with a heat wave on our days in Italy. Breakfast was good ,but the waiting staff not so much, right in the middle of eating our server asked us...

We recently stayed at Hotel Albani Firenze and found it to be very well located. It's about 5 minutes from the train station and about 5 minutes from Lorenzo Market. We walked to most places, Duomo, Ponti Vecchio, Florence jewellery market. The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was the traditional continental breakfast, and there was...

The staff are very professional and they assisted us greatly with the printing of Viator vouchers and directions. The hotel is bery clean and there is a very...

Stayed for 4 nights with my wife in August. The hotel is very near the station and only a few minutes walk to the Cathedral. We had a fourth floor room with a balcony was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was ok, although would have preferred a better shower. The breakfast was good for the first two days (at the...

We stayed 3 nights in late July. We arrived by train and just walked to the hotel with our luggage...very easy. Our room was in a separate building from the main hotel and what a treat that was (room 102?). It was huge by any standard...tall ceilings, three rooms. The breakfast was just fine, staff excellent, nice and quiet (despite...
