I have stayed at this hotel three different times and have always been pleased with my stay. The location is great - close to train station and walking distance to all places of interest. It is in an old palace that has been updated yet...More
Wonderful hotel in the centre of Florence that is accessible from the railway station very easily, and had a old world charm about the building. The location is soo central to all sites, restaurants and shopping it is not funny. The staff are amazing too,...More
It is excellent hotel in the heart of Florence !
Good furnished room, excellent staff , and very tasty breakfast !
There is all what you need for comfortable and pleasant stay !
I strongly recommend this hotel!
We had a spacious room with a tiny bathroom. Breakfast was ok but vegetables, omelettes and pies were missing. We stayed 4 nights so a variety in the food offered would be appreciated. Location is excellent, staff too.
A room with a view.
A nice hotel in the heart of Firenze, very convenient to walk everywhere.
Nice staff and extraordinary buffet for breakfast.
If I come back to Firenze I will choose Paris hotel again.

Santa Maria Novella train station welcomes the majority of the people arriving in Florence, which might explain the hectic pace. Commuters and tourists come across the constant hustle and bustle of the station before exiting, taking a few steps and stopping amazed in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It is impossible not to admire the the square, housing one of the most charming basilicas in Florence. The
area has plenty of local spots to taste Tuscan specialties, but don’t stop in the main streets alone; the narrower side streets always ensure satisfaction. The huge Parco Delle Cascine provides a solution to the need for a green area as well as a historic welcome in the form of a bronze statue of King Vittorio Emanuele II riding a horse.
