staff welcomed us very friendly .We could have our room before check-in time and this was very helpful because we were tired. we could leave our bags after check-out.
Location could not have been better ( 10 minutes walking you are everywhere )-
located in a central area and staffed by friendly and corteous professionals, was a perfect base to explore Florence and Tuscany.
Don't forget to take a picture of the lovely old elevator ( but close the doors before you leave it )
The hotel was very close to the main train station, easy to find. Our room was very large compared to many European rooms we've had, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The high ceilings, crown moldings and our own balcony were great. Breakfast was typical and...More
