Beautiful hotel in a fantastic central position. Room was traditional and well appointed, although unfortunately didn't have much of a view (internal courtyard.) The breakfast room is sensational, and the service and food were excellent. We enjoyed the bar and the attentive staff there. Would recommend.

Such a warm welcome - I was travelling with my elderly mother who's walking is restricted and they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A beautiful interior steeped in history. Incredible location too - one minute from Palazzo Vecchio, Gucci Museum and Uffizi. Good value coffees and cocktails too.

Florence is beautiful and mesmerizing and it's best appreciated while staying at the Bernini Palace. Not only is it situated within walking distance of the Duomo, it's just 20 min walking distance from the railway station, and near Santa Croce if anyone is interested in leather goods. The hotel has gracious and attentive staff. It's been managed well and the...

Beautiful hotel, great location. Unfortunately within 24 hours a small but personably valuable item was 'misplaced' from our cupboard. We didn't think you needed to put everything in the safe esp worn items. We asked the front desk to pursue this and were told housekeeping did not find it after we emailed them to get a response. It was very...

Dear Madame, thank you for your comment, I'm really sorry reading your words. It's absolutely not true that we didn't take theft seriously. The Front Office Manager spoke with you and your husband several times, we went in your room looking for your gloves, the houskeeping met you and spoke with you too. We tried to find them but in...

We stayed here for my birthday. On my the day without prompting, they put fizz on ice in our room. This was only one of the many things the staff did to make our stay so memorable. The room was of a good size and the bathroom with it's two sinks was perfect for our need. The staff were all...

Our first visit to Florence was made all the more special by this wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations. The room was stunning and spotlessly clean, the breakfast could not be faulted but that still did match the superb services of the front of house staff who could do enough to help. We were made to feel very special and...

We had the best possible time in Florence thanks to all the staff at the Bernini Hotel, going well beyond their call of duty to make our vacation special. Especially Lorenzo, our world-class and sometimes it even felt as our own personal concierge. From setting up a private walking tour, to arranging all the lunch/diner reservations at "locals only" spots,...

The rooms are 74, Classic, Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite and Suite, all are fitted out with the best, most up-to-date mod-cons and still preserve the charm of the past. The new restaurant La Chiostrina is located in a historical courtyard of the hotel, it is the ideal place for delicious gastronimic specialities in Florence, its versatility makes it an excellent restaurant offering an innovative menu.
